I have ordered from PhenQ twice. I've never seen anything in your paperwork that indicates you would process any additional orders automatically. It is not my normal habit to allow any company to automatically renew an order under my name and to automatically charge any of my accounts. I trust you will see that this does not occur at all for any automatic orders or automatic charges to any of my accounts. Please confirm this in writing.

Based on how this is handled will determine if I ever place another order with your company.

Overpriced

This product did nothing to curb my appetite, which was the most important thing I was looking for when I was searching for some weight loss help. The energy boosting effects were minimal so that wasn’t much help either. Overall this product is extremely overpriced.

I live in Madrid but I was going to be…

I live in Madrid but I was going to be in the states for 10 days so I decided to put an order days before arriving the 16 of August. On the 23th I contacted the company because I had received an e mail telling the product will arrive late because they had to change transportation companies. When I talked with your customer service I told them I was worried because by the time the product got where I was I would be already in Madrid. They told me to reject the delivery but I wasn’t sure if I could because I would be staying in a summer camp and they don’t have someone who waits for the deliveries.
It arrived to a PO Box on tuesday, so I couldn’t reject it and I contacted costumer service again the same day. They told me to call USPS I told them I couldn’t because I was in Spain and that I couldn’t have anybody pickup the package because my brother, who I was staying with, is not longer there. They told me then that they would issue a complain and get back to me in 48-72 hours, it’s been past a week and I’ve tried to talk to somebody but I get the message “we’re currently offline”.
I’m currently without pills and minus 118 dollars.

If I could give this a -5 I would!! Not only did the product NOT work!! I ordered 3 bottles that cost $139.99. Mine you the company says there is a money back guarantee. I call Bull on the play!!! Update-9/4/24…was sent an email from Sherylyn after having a conversation with Jochelle in customer service which she was very nice (how ever NOT the person I was dealing with in the beginning) she told me the warehouse is backed up on inspections due to the volume of returns however I would be receiving a refund in the full amount. I also received a statement showing that I would receive a refund for the full amount within 10 days. Guess we will see. Stay tuned for the out come!!! Wish this pill worked for taking the weight off instead of making me gain weight!!! I wouldn’t be going through all this right now!!!!!!!

Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de vos commentaires. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d'apprendre que vous n'avez pas eu une expérience positive avec PhenQ et que vous avez eu l'impression que notre réponse précédente était insuffisante.

Nous nous efforçons de fournir un service et un soutien excellents à tous nos clients, et il est décourageant de savoir que nous n'avons pas répondu à vos attentes cette fois-ci. Nous tenons à vous assurer que nous prenons toutes les remarques au sérieux et que nous nous engageons à aider nos clients à atteindre leurs objectifs en matière de santé.

En ce qui concerne votre expérience avec le produit, nous comprenons qu'il peut être frustrant de ne pas voir les résultats que vous espériez. Bien que beaucoup de nos clients obtiennent d'excellents résultats en associant PhenQ à un régime alimentaire équilibré, à un exercice physique régulier et à une bonne hydratation, nous reconnaissons que le corps de chacun est différent et que les résultats peuvent varier.

Nous avons examiné votre cas et avons remarqué que vous avez été en contact avec notre équipe de service à la clientèle. Conformément à notre politique de remboursement, vous ne pouvez pas ouvrir et utiliser plus de deux mois de produits de votre commande initiale pour que votre demande soit acceptée. Étant donné que vous avez indiqué que les trois bouteilles avaient été ouvertes, nous avons procédé à un remboursement partiel pour deux d'entre elles, en signe de bonne volonté. Pour un remboursement complet, nous devons recevoir une bouteille scellée.
