I have never experienced such a poor response from a customer service as I did with Phen Q customer services.I felt suppressed during my conversation with the team,explaining I had been taking the day and night products to assist my required weight loss.The male assistant gave no sensitive response and informed me I was not entiled to a refund.The process had been going on for such a long time ,initially no responses and then I became very tired being Fobbed off and telephoned their department and explained my situation and purchased products and expressed I wished to make a complaint to the service received and still to this day ie 12 months on still waiting for customer services to get back to me to discuss my concerns further.As a health practitioner myself for the NHS over 20 years experience the communication skills used by the male receptionist ,representing a company front lie had been very derogatory.I spent all that money and been respectful in my purchase from the onset but as soon as I encountered a true problem they didn't want to know and I still have a bed time pot full to which just doesn't work .The stress of it all has been very unfair and I feel vulnerable that I have been exploited in such a terrible way and Phen Q just didn't want to know.Angela Poole,Chorley Lancashire.
The receipt I have is on my bank account statements and donot have the data/ order number but marks and spencer would have the ability to find my historical purchases.

Quando ci ha contattato per annullare l'ordine, questo era già stato ritirato dal corriere e mi dispiace che non abbiamo potuto bloccarlo in quella fase. Consigliare di rifiutare il pacco per ottenere un rimborso non è certo l'esperienza ideale che ci sforziamo di offrire e mi scuso per l'ulteriore stress causato.
Posso confermare che il suo pacco è stato rifiutato il 19 novembre e il suo rimborso è già stato elaborato. La preghiamo di attendere 2-5 giorni lavorativi prima che l'importo venga visualizzato sul suo conto, a seconda dei tempi di elaborazione del suo fornitore di pagamenti.

J'ai dû attendre 1 mois pour la livraison et après essai d'un mois je désire retourner les produits qui ne font aucun effet puisque garanti. Malheureusement, après avoir écrit pour demander comment retourner la marchandise, on me dit d'attendre 72 heures mais aucune réponse après 15 j. Bonjour votre produit est je pense très correcte par contre j'ai deux questions:Vu qu'il abaisse la tension artérielle et le rythme cardiaque est prudent de prendre 4 gélules d'un coup?jusqu'à combien abaisse il le rythme cardiaque 60? moins? Se réveillera t'on si le coeur passe à 50? Ensuite l'hormone de croissance à 67 ans y a pas un risque de développer un cancer latent? pour l'instant je vais prendre 2 pilules et pas avant d'aller me coucher vu que j'ai une tension labile.Et je verrai.

Phenq was not for me
Phenq was not for me. I tried it for 4 weeks and I gained weight. I have medical problems like hypothyroidism that may have affected the results but any how i did decide to return my order and Sherlyn was helpful and updated me through the process. Thank you!

Depuis 2019, j'ai commandé Phen Q 4 fois.
Je ne suis pas en surpoids, je fais 65kg pour 1m66, pourtant grâce à une cure d'un à 3 mois, j'ai perdu à tous les coups 1 à 3 kilos.
Je pense que si j'avais été en surpoids j'aurai perdu plus que ça, mais 3 kg c'est exactement l'objectif que je m'étais fixé donc ça me va.

I took it for 4 weeks already, real review here. No change, actually Phenq does not curb anything, it makes me hungrier and bloated. I take day and night pill too.
I had a hunger inhibitor in the past that worked , but the formula has changed so I looked for something else. I used to be much thinner few years ago and want to get near, I never was overweight, so this should help but it doesn't.

The pills don't work
The pills don't work. My sister, my sister-in-law, and myself all tried this product. None of us lost a single pound taking it for 60 days. Then when I called to get my return authorization number that you need in order to return the product they wanted to know if I was cutting back on my eating. I can cut back on my eating without taking any pills. It didn't curb my appetite it didn't give me any energy it didn't do a dad gone thing except cost me $7 to return the product. I did what they said to do in order to return it. They said I had to have a return authorization number and to email them the tracking number for when it's returned. I provided them the tracking number. I'm assuming my part is done and all I have to do is wait for my refund. Come to find out they message me to tell me that they need the actual receipt showing the tracking number. What do they think I did? Make the tracking number up? I'm still currently waiting for my refund. My advice to anyone thinking about getting this product - DO NOT DO IT.

Overpriced, not as effective, bad customer service

Two things:
1. Beware that you will pay customs fees. My order cost me 218 dollars and I paid an extra CAD 93.03 to customs. I have paid customs fees in the past but this was steep because Phenq lied about the courier they would use for fulfilment which makes a huge difference. I have been a customer since 2021, and they state on their website and have usually shipped using UPS, this helps to alleviate the amount of customs fees. However, for my last order, they used Canada Post, without notifying me. This resulted in triple what I've ever paid for customs for Phenq products. Phenq customer service was extremely rude and not helpful. Other companies cover this or at least give you a heads-up.
2. I would stomach the terrible experience above but to add insult to injury, the formula changed and the new formula does not work as well.

I saw your very disingenuous response. So let's do some math. I spent 218. Paid an additional 93. Your guarantee is only to refund unopened bottles (a bottle is about 75), I of course used a bottle to know that the product is no longer effective, and you don't cover return shipping. Why would I want to recover less than 100 dollars? It's a total loss to me and basically none to you. I bear all the burden.
On a different point: When I wrote you in November 2023, you were unhelpful. I didn't write this review to ask for a refund. It's NOT stated anywhere on it.
I take responsibility for making the mistake of ordering from you.

Attention à ne pas prendre la gélule le soir car sinon vous avez une nuit agité à cause de la caféine ! Trop heureuse de m’être enfin débarrassé de mes kilos il m’en manque encore 3 et je vais peut être ajouter une cure 1mois ou bien essayer de les perdre seule on verra

La première semaine j'ai commencé à prendre les comprimés, j'étais malade toute la semaine, affreux! Des nausées, vomissements, j'avais des douleurs affreuse à l'estomac, des vertiges, j'ai fais un malaise.
Je déconseille, trop dangereux pour votre santé.
