I made a mistake on my order, bought the wrong product. I contacted the company asking them to cancel so I could order the right product. Instead, they very kindly switched my order to the proper product, which actually worked out to be a better deal for me. Impressed with the product and the customer service.

3 dagen gebruikt maar onmiddellijk gestopt. Ik werd draaierig en misselijk van de tabletten. Wellicht dat anderen er baat bij hebben, maar voor mij werkte het niet. Jammer, weggegooid geld.
Edit 29/8/2024: Na contact met PhenQ heb ik het betaalde bedrag volledig terugbetaald gekregen. Keurige service en daardoor het aantal sterren aangepast naar 3.

Bonjour, j'ai déjà donné un avis, mais les réponses ne me conviennent pas.
Donc je réitère. J'ai bien pris les 3 mois de gélules. Aucun résultat. Au contraire j'ai gonflé comme un ballon de baudruche.
En faisant de nouvelles recherches sur le Web quand à l'efficacité des gélules phenq , j'ai trouvé un avis qui m'a surpris. En effet il semblerait qu'il ne faut pas les associer à un traitement sous antidépresseurs...
Pourquoi n'est on pas averti ????

En outre, votre commande a été passée le 20 décembre 2023 et la période de remboursement n'est que de 67 jours après la date de livraison. Os he comprado el producto el 26 de julio. Han pasado 19 días y sin rastro de vuestro producto. Eso sí, me cobrasteis 63 euros el mismo día 26. No tengo ni el producto ,ni la devolución del dinero. J'ai acheté 3 flacons et aucun résultat toujours aussi faim et pas perdue un seul kilo. J'avais déjà commandé une fois et j'ai retourné 2 flacons non ouverts qui ne m'ont jamais été remboursés. Aussi j ai voulu réessayer me disant que j'étais peut être dans une mauvaise période et bien le constat est sans appel les comprimés Phen sont I efficaces. Je conseil aux personnes de n'acheter qu'un flacon si ils veulent essayer pour éviter de perdre de l'argent comme moi .

I started taking PhenQ a year ago and still going
I started taking PhenQ a year ago. I was praying this would work. I had brain surgery 3 years ago and a stroke working out is very difficult and I was very depressed not to mention the medication. So of course I gained weight. PhenQ has not only helped me lose 35 pounds, but also has really helped my mood and overall health. I just ordered more. My only issue is sometimes it's difficult because of the price. I'm on disability now so I'm very careful about money. Because PhenQ has helped me in different ways I do try to include it in my monthly budget.
Oh yeah, their customer service is fabulous! Here's the thing if you call up with an attitude to someone how has know idea who you are, or what happened to you. You should not be yelling at the person who is there to help you. I think you are all fabulous!
