I’m always cautious when buying from a website i have never heard of. I always check reviews on here in the first instance. I made my purchase from this site and I couldn’t be happier. Super fast communication, fast delivery and lovely staff. The item I wanted was out of stock but they had an alternative and it arrived next day me and my dog are very happy.

Best customer service I've had
I ordered a dog wheelchair and the customer service was beyond fantastic. Instead of shipping straight away, Andrea from Pets Own Us contacted me to clarify my dog's size and weight – and advised us to change the size and refunded us £60 due to it being a smaller size.
The chair is now the perfect size and it was emotional being able to see our dog run again!!

When a business offers great service often they go unsung I felt I should say that petsownus in my recent translation for a dog stroller performed extremely well.

Cannot praise this company enough the speed of delivery took me by surprise I ordered a pet stroller yesterday and it arrived today Cant thank you enough and customer service so kind and helpful.
