Purchase of a Chinook dog stroller

We considered many makes and were drawn to your product. We were delighted when we received the pram which almost sprang out of the box. It is beautifully made and would suit a baby never mind a dog. Customer service was responsive and helpful. While it's great that this company manages to import products from Europe, one has to be aware that delivery takes a long time. Would still recommend this company though.

After ordering, I received regular email correspondence around timescale of delivery. After receipt of delivery I needed to return part of my order. This was all arranged for me at my convenience. I would definitely use this company in future. Customer service was excellent
