The products are excellent and the size guide accurate. Found exactly what I was looking for, I couldn't find what I wanted in any pet retail shop near me.

Fast delivery, great product!

Ordered and received my goods in excellent time and was kept informed all the way. I have, however, had to write to Pet shop Direct over a tiny issue with the product, hence the 4 stars. To date I'm still awaiting their reply. It hasn't stopped me using the product (which are antibacterial dog wipes), they are a decent size but they are not very moist and I have to make them wetter to achieve better results.

After discussion with Petshop Direct, they very kindly offered replacements and am happy to report that these wipes are a lot wetter, 😀 so thank you Petshop Direct !

Lovely product and very good communicators. Value for money

I was looking for Julius K9 harnesses for very small dogs and couldn't find them anywhere until Petshop Direct popped up, not only did they have the size, there was a variety of colours, keenly priced and despatched instantly, they arrived before expected. Excellent service.

Fast delivery good price

Wide range of good quality pet products. In particular the Ancol tartan coats are brilliant and my two diva westies love them as well as looking remarkably cute walking side by side .Order was processed quickly and arrived just after Christmas.Holly and Lily give Petshop Direct 5 out of 5.

I have ordered three dog coats from this company at various times in December. The coats are good quality, arrived quickly and were priced fairly.

However, the returns process is a nightmare. I had to send one coat back as it was too large, and discovered that there was no online returns facility. I had to download a form and complete by hand. The blurb asked for proof of posting to be included with the return - not possible because the coat was already securely packaged for return by the time I got to the Post Office. Also, if you sent PetShop Direct the proof of postage, how can you track it - you have no evidence you’ve sent it?

The parcel arrived with them a week ago, but I have had no acknowledgment of the return, and no refund. I tried to ring the company but the ‘phone rang out. I’ve emailed a photograph of the proof of postage to them, and am awaiting some sort of acknowledgement.

I would think twice about using the company again, especially for dog coats, which are notoriously difficult to size and often necessitate a return.

Update 23/12/23

Since writing this review I received an email from the store saying they have refunded the cost of the item, for which I am very grateful.

I have to reiterate, however, that on their return form they do request proof of postage, to quote ‘please send your postage receipt with item(s) back to us’. Maybe I misunderstood this?

I think returns could be easier if it were possible to complete an online form and receive a QR code, which both saves paper and gives the sender an online reference.

Article was exactly what was advertised and arrived as promised in two days.

Clear description. Good delivery time and, although not yet used, item seems good quality. Belly strap a little long for my whippet.
