I had a great experience with Petrolvibes. I had multiple emails back in forth from my requests with Anna and they were answered within 24 hrs. Anna was a pleasure to work with. I seen a proof before production and I am pleased as the timeline from ordering to receiving this Amazing piece of art. I am thrilled and considering ordering again soon.

Ordered a custom silhouette of my motorcycle. It came out perfect and any changes needed were made Anna was extremely nice and pleasant to work with. It even arrived earlier than expected via FedEx. Extremely happy with their service and product would recommend and I will order from them again if I ever need anything like this again.

PetrolVibes is a dishonest company . They quote you free shipping and then you get a bill from FedEx for39.00 after they charge my credit card . Also, waited over 7 weeks to receive and PetrolVibes was terrible with communication updates on shipping and delivery . Would not recommend to any car enthusiast

This is the second purchase from Petrolvibes and both times the final result has been fantastic. The flexibility to customise a design means a truly unique end product. Very happy.

I ordered a couple different metal profiles and one color plexiglass image.... Just love the finish, craftmanship, and attention to detail of every piece.... My Nurburgring metal profile hanging device even has the precise cardinal orientation...
I see complaints about response time and lead time.... My guess is that people are too hooked on Amazon-like response times but don't take into consideration this vendor is more art-oriented than mass volume production.
I can't say enough good things of the product itself and the attentive communication vie email.

Overall very happy with end product. Initial order wasn’t responded to and apparently lost for while so of course didn’t make it time for Xmas . When found very well done and completed, then submitted 2nd order to match the 1st. Approval check came back timely but was wrong angle display to match previous order. Gave correct instructions again to proceed, then received new updated print to approve. This time the angle was correct and most of the details, would like to have had a few more details to highlight it was my bike and not just the same model but close enough to look good and show distinctive features. After which product arrived in good condition and in a timely fashion . Very happy with end result.

Very slow to respond took 4 months to get my order, offered me a €10 refund before Christmas never got then offered me another €20 refund middle of January and still never came order arrived 13 February and it is good but quality finish on outside of it is poor.

Good communication with seller and updates were helpful in the buying process. Nice looking piece of art.

Product works as stated. Craftsmanship is good. Might have to use a file to shave the plexi cuts or whatever material they use but it comes cut pretty good already. I just wanted it cleaner myself. Will buy from these guys again come holidays. Great for the race heads in your life.

I was offered an option to include a personal car photo to use which I did but instead got the basic outline form. Not sure what the option was for if it didn't include personalization. Not too thrilled honestly, the product took enough time to include the included details.

Custom made Porsche sculpture, they sent mock up prior to making. Great job and communications. This is my 5th metal sculpture, everyone has been perfect.

I ordered a Landrover Defender 110 Classic silhouette on the 23rd January and it arrived with me in the UK on the 9th February (just over 2 weeks).
Also, I had a welcome discount code but it didn’t work when I was placing the order. I emailed PetrolVibes and they suggested I placed the order and they would refund me the discount, which they did and I received the refund very quickly.
I would not hesitate to use this company again.

The piece was even nicer than I expected it to be, and the shipping communication was great. Definitely got my money's worth, and then some. Can't say that too often these days.

Over 6 weeks to arrive. No response from the company on shipping. THEN my son, who the LATE arriving Christmas gift was for, had a $60 customs fee to pay from FEDex?!!!! Never again! Was considering buying more but not from this company!

I ordered a track silhouette as a gift and although it took a lot longer to arrive than I had hoped, the end product looks great!

Seul bémol, j'ai reçu un mail de retour et je n'avais pas compris qu'il fallait valider le mail pour qu'ils lancent la production donc je l'ai eue plus tard que ce que j'avais escompté.
Mais par contre le produit a été bien emballé et c'est bien ce que j'avais demandé.
Je recommanderai sûrement sur ce site.
