Peter Clarke Estate Agent and Letting Agent Omdömen

Very professional service and agents. It was our first house for rent and we received hight support from their side. I can recommend them for sure!

Matt and the team at Peter Clarke were very good throughout the process. Pav who was the day to day contact provided me regular updates and managed the viewings and providing feedback promptly, They quickly worked through the chain to unblock any issues. They also partner with Davidson Law in Leamington Spa. I have say Aymer the Solicitor was very responsive and kept me abreast of the status and also chased down through the chain with regards to the other parties solicitors who can be challenging, ref speed to act.
Very positive experience.

Pav, Matthew and Giles pulled out all the stops to sell our home at the end of 2023 which was not an easy time. We got the asking price what more can I say. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again and can highly recommend the Leamington team!

A great service from start to finish when buying our new home. We found the team at Peter Clarke New Homes very professional and responsive to our requests. Special mention for Renee and Jaqueline for always accommodating our several viewings of the house and quick response to any questions.

Communication throughout the whole buying process was smooth and faultless.

We wouldn’t hesitate to use this team in the future and would highly recommend them.

Excellent communication with Matt and his professional team ensured our sale went through in record time without any problems.
Thank you for all your help and support, we certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter Clarke who went above and beyond to give such good service.

We started the process of selling a house in Warwick about a year ago with Peter Clarke and found the whole process very rewarding. We found all the staff extremely friendly and very professional. The method and system used by Matthew and his team to set a sale value, establish a timeline for launch of the property onto the market and managing all interested applications was excellent. A key aspect of superior levels of marketing was not only the excellent photos but the additional walk thru property video. This generated a number of very keen buyers and established a series of very appropriate offers. Matthew was a very helpful advisor in a very collaborative manner and steered us through to a very pleasing sale of the property in a surprisingly short period of time. They continued to provide good advice with excellent communication in handling of the buyer through the inevitable questions and requests they had right through to signing of contracts. Peter Clarke, Matthew and his team deliver a very high house sale service. A big thank you to all the team Dave Kingston

Excellent service from Giles, Pav and all the team.Extremely helpful and kept in touch with me at all stages of the process

All the staff here have been amazingly helpful to us throughout our home search. Thank you so much, Peter Clarke.

I bought my first home with Peter Clarke and they have been exceptionally professional and supportive from start to finish.

Renee [based in Leamington office] has always been friendly, responsive, and the upmost professional. She was never pushy when showing me the property, and was always on hand to support me with any queries or act as a mediator between myself and the seller. She is a great representative of Peter Clarke and put me at ease throughout the entire process.

I also wanted to highlight the professionalism of her colleague Jacqueline. She was always very calm, supportive and professional. For additional context, I was having significant difficulties with my solicitor and Renee and Jacqueline provided me with a level of support that exceeded my expectations of an estate agent. Words cannot fully articulate my gratitude.

I highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to secure a home. Thank you!

Bias selection process not sure if the landlords are aware as potentially losing out of prospective tenants. There is an application process before any checks. Once your application is successful then they carry out checks. It's been a complete waste of time travelling all the way for 4 hours to view their properties. The first property apparently been let and offered to view another one which had a lot of applications then was shown another one that had not yet been listed and was told by Monika I was 1st on the list of applications for that particular property - This is where Peter Clarke does it's bias selection - Was told my application did not get selected. Avoid if you don't want your time wasted.

Good all round service by Pav and team in Leamington to help secure a new buy.
many thanks

Jonathan Joy and Mel (Stratford Office) have provided excellent support and services in helping me to sell my best friend's property for which I am sole executor of his estate. Jonathan provided a realistic valuation and secured the sale without fuss and kept me informed throughout the process. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter Clarke services to others. Thank you Jonathan!

Upon recommendation we used Peter Clarke for the sale of my fathers house and were not disappointed. The valuation and house details were accurate and the processes and forms to fill in were easily understood. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. The fees were lower or inline with other agents in the area and we had a 1st class service. We also felt that the communication between them and the chosen solicitors helped to make the sales process run smoothly.

Great service from start to finish when buying a home. Not too pushy like other estate agents in the area but kept me updated through the whole process. Would highly recommend.

We really would like to thank Sally, Kim and Sophie in the Shipston office for the excellent and professional job they did in selling our house in what is currently a very difficult market. We would highly recommend Peter Clark.

We used Peter Clarke Leamington to sell our house and were very impressed. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful, and communication was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

We sold our house with Peter Clarke and were very happy with them, Giles, Pav and Matthew were brilliant. We had no issues with viewings and great feed back afterward, and up dates throughout the time the house was on the market. Any questions were quickly answered. Pav was great dealing with negotiations and put up with my endless questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Peter Clarke in Leamington. A first class service and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their home.
