Peter Clarke Estate Agent and Letting Agent Omdömen

From day one all the staff have been professional and helpful.
Great people to deal with.
They made the process easy and straightforward which helps when you have the stresses of moving.
A big thank you

We were extremely happy with the service at Peter Clarke. Very proactive and efficient, especially with chasing others further down the chain. Very friendly, helpful and professional. The photographer they recommended was excellent; our buyers later told us it was the video that first drew them in.
I would thoroughly recommend Peter Clarke

I purchased my house through Peter Clarke 5 years ago, let it through them and have just sold it using them too. I cannot recommend them enough. The team are friendly, efficient and so helpful. Nothing was too much to ask and they often went above and beyond. I will certainly use them again if I return to the area and won’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

A big thanks to the Wonderful Wellesbourne women of Peter Clarke. Kerry, Chloe and Sara were fantastic throughout the sale of my property and supported us by communicating at every step of the process, and bringing together quite a complex chain. They went above and beyond for us (when multiple others in the chain did not!). If you live in the Wellesbourne area and are looking to sell your property, we cannot recommend them highly enough. From the initial valuation through to finally exchanging, Peter Clarke kept us updated, were friendly, professional and proactive. Thanks ladies, you are awesome!

Kerry and her team are wonderful! Nothing is too much trouble and they helped us all the time! Can't reccommend them highly enough! Best estate agent ever! They were always available and solved the many problems that occur when buying and selling your house. They went above and way beyond what we expected of an estate agent, and fought many battles for us. Took our worries on their shoulders all the time!
Brilliant! Brilliant! Don't go anywhere else folks!

Kerry and Chloe were terrific in selling a property for us. Initially, I was concerned that we would not get the interest ……how wrong was I…..I lost count of the number of viewings that kept appearing on the Peter Clarke app that also worked really well with keeping us informed with the progress of the eventual sale.
Kerry and Chloe dealt with everything and sorted any problems out really quickly and gave us great confidence ….keeping both us and our buyer well informed ….and keeping on top of the buyer chain ……we have used Peter Clarke many times and have never been disappointed…….once again ….a big thankyou to you both.

Thank you for all the support we have received while going through the buying process! Chloe has been so helpful and really lovely answering any questions and queries we had along the way which for first time buyers has been amazing!

It was such a simple and smooth process with the Peter Clarke team, we will defiantly use them again in the future!

Buying a house or apartment can be really stressful but I can honestly say that Renee and Jacqueline at Peter Clarke in Leamington made the whole process from start to finish an absolute pleasure. They both gave me really good advice and did everything that they said they would do. I can’t thank them enough.

From the initial call to completion couldn’t have been easier. Sally was exceptional. I’ve never sold a house before but Sally guided us through the procedure and obtained us a fair market price. Thank you.

Very professional and supportive service, always with a smile. My husband and I are most grateful for the understanding, helpfulness, patience and optimism of Kerry and the team at Peter Clarke's in Wellesbourne during our recent (lengthy!) purchase process.

I had an excellent selling experience with Peter Clarke’s Wellesbourne office and would thoroughly recommend their services, particularly Chloe and also Bernie who valued my property.

We have been delighted with the way staff at Peter Clark in Stratford have managed the letting of our one-bedroom flat. From our first meeting with Michael, lettings manager, we felt confident that the Peter Clark team would do a good job for us. Indeed Karen, who had the job of finding a suitable tenant for us, kept us well informed at every stage of the process right through to the successful tenant's move into the flat. Throughout this process Karen handled all the necessary paperwork, responded to the new tenant's questions and requests and checked with us if anything cropped up about which she needed our confirmation or consent. We have nothing but praise for the way in which the Peter Clark team has helped us with this letting. We cannot recommend Peter Clark strongly enough and would have no hesitation in choosing them again.

Our experience with Peter Clarke has been extremely positive. After dealing with two other letting agents over the years who provided very disappointing service, we were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and dedication of the Peter Clarke team.

It is short-sighted not to treat tenants well, as although they may only rent for a short term, these individuals could go on to use the services again, whether it be to rent, buy, sell, or let. In contrast, Peter Clarke has set a new standard for us. The entire staff are brilliant, especially Emma Zyko, who managed our property with exceptional care and efficiency. We were also fortunate to have wonderful landlords, which made our renting experience even more pleasant.

Their outstanding service and dedicated staff have left a lasting impression. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and professional letting agent. We will use their services in the future.

Having just bought a house, through Peter Clarke, Via Pav Hayer, I can say it was an absolute pleasure. Very Attentive and accurate.

We are very Delighted to move in a new house with such a easy and Professional way. Very special thanks to Pav and Peter Clarke (Lemington Team)

We used Peter Clarke in Shipston on Stour to sell our Grade II Listed property earlier on this year. The sale was far from simple but we very much felt like Peter Clarke were with us every step of the way. Sally, Kim and Sophie were particularly great and always a phone call away. They were very empathetic when it came to discussing the stresses of our sale, which we greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend them!

Absolutely amazing team! Can’t fault them at all. They help you through it all.
A massive Thankyou for Chloe, Sara and Kerry. I will recommend to anyone who wants a nice and relaxed estate agents that are happy to help and be there for you.
Thankyou again for all your help in the sale of our property.

Peter Clarke were friendly and approachable, they made the experience of buying a property enjoyable.
We would definitely use them again when we sell, Sara was fantastic.

Great experience with Renée & the Peter Clarke team. Really helpful and good communication. Everyone was happy to answer questions/queries and purchase has exchanged within 5 weeks.

Excellent service from the Shipston-on-Stour office. Always available with support and advice. Fully recommend.
