Peter Clarke Estate Agent and Letting Agent Omdömen

We were kept informed throughout the sale of our property, the staff were very helpful and polite.

I needed additional help with several aspects of the purchase process and Peter Clarke agents were always available to help and prompt in their assistance, however small the question.

Everything went relatively quickly and viewing and access were easy to setup.. Agent showing us around was very helpful.. The location we used was actually was the office in Shipston on Stour

Excellent experience. All went very smoothly. Renee and Jacqueline were especially helpful.

Most of my dealings were with Renee, who could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. And if ever she was unavailable Jacqueline was very helpful.

We have just completed on our house sale in Ebrington it went smoothly and without problems all the staff where efficient and helpful with any questions,Manager Ellie did some wonderful photographs of the house and garden for the brochure this gave a first class feel and we are sure helped find that buyer.

I recently engaged Peter Clarke in Shipston to market my Cottage. From the start I found the team to
be very professional. Communication was excellent and feedback always followed a viewing. Sale and completion was smoothly processed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this team in the future.

Super helpful, friendly and responsive! Would highly recommend

Renee @ Peter Clarke's has been fantastic helping us through the process & acting as an interface between ourselves & the builders. Not sure where we would have been without all her help. A real credit to Peter Clarke Agents

As a house buyer I felt I was treated with courtesy and professionalism, and received great support during a rather protracted and quite complicated process.

The sale of my mother’s house who had just recently passed away was a very difficult time for me but Matt, Pav and the team were so kind and professional it was much easier than I had thought it would be.
Five stars for communication, from adequate notice of viewings to feedback and then progress of the sale without being nagged, nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
They found lovely purchasers very quickly and the sale went through without any problems.
Thank you Peter Clarke Leamington for helping me through this sad time, I will certainly use you again and recommend you to family and friends.

We have received excellent service from Sara and Kerry. They have been both professional and proactive in looking for a house for my parents, keeping in close contact with us throughout.
Would highly recommend.

I changed to Peter Clark after my house had been on the market unsuccessfully with another agent. Within the week I had 4 viewings and an offer over my asking price. Giles made the whole process seemless, supporting me right through to exchange. They provided excellent photographs and some great drone footage. The walk through video also presented the property really well. Communication within the whole office was excellent, all knew who I was and about my property in detail. It’s been an excellent service, thank you.

We were very impressed with the whole procedure. Ellie and her team kept us informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble for them. If we had any questions they were answered ASAP. We would recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

We found the whole team friendly, approachable and professional when buying our new to us property which turned out (through no fault of us or our vendors) or be a rather protracted transaction!

Everyone I dealt with at Peter Clarke was super friendly, professional and helpful! They made the process of moving easy and more enjoyable - highly recommend them!

Very happy with the service and support from Jonathan, Irene and Melanie at Peter Clarke. They kept me informed and advised at every stage of the process and played an active role in moving the sale forward. As
result I think they worked hard for their commission. Thank you all

From the initial viewing Peter Clarke were Professional, Kerry and her team, went above and beyond on whats been Rollercoaster journey.
Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
All viewings with feed back cards left with comments, very positive, they have handled my sale with utmost efficiency, keeping me updated at all stages.
I would highly recommend Peter Clarke Wellsbourne,
Kerry, and girls Thank you,

I had an amazing experience with the team at Peter Clarke in Chipping Campden. As a first-time home buyer, purchasing a home can be daunting and unfamiliar, but Ellie and the team were very supportive and helpful. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, and I would recommend them to others.
