We have just purchased a house through Peter Clarke. Renee and Jacqueline were amazing from start to finish. We absolutely could not fault them. Their communication was amazing with emails/telephone calls responded to within minutes. We had a few issues from our side and they were patient with everything. Thank you for such a smooth and friendly process. Would highly recommend.

I rented through Peter Clarke for 4 years.

During in that time I was happy with communication level of our property manager: Karen Hudson, she was quick to respond and dealt with any queries and issues we had in a timely manner when everything was in her control.

Peter Clarke conduct 6 monthly visits to properties being rented. Although as a tenant these are annoying but I understand the need to appease the property owner. We were lucky to have the same inspector everytime, and Wendy became a part of the cycle of living, she was always polite and courteous and has a brilliant ability to put you at ease when in her presence.

I can't attest to the whole experience of Peter Clarke as I have never let out a property or brought/sold a property.
But the people I were in communication with were a pleasure to work with.

I hope the manager/ceo of Peter Clarke values the diligence and hard work of Karen Hudson (property manager) and Wendy Whale (inspector) they were both a pleasure to communicate with.

Cannot fault the service I received from Jane, Pav and Matt when I sold my property. I felt they went above and beyond and the extra mile. Communication was fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of them

Matthew at Peter Clarke provided an excellent service, knowledgeable, helpful, very experienced and had a deep understanding of the the Leamington Spa market. From our first meeting, I felt I could trust him(and by extension Peter Clarke) to get us through the sales process smoothly. He always picked up calls/called us back, provided the right steer on what our next course of action could be. Shout out to Pav also, she has excellent liaision skills, seamlessly providing comms between us and our buyer, as well as reaching out to our solicitor to keep things moving. Highly recommend Peter Clarke - a massive thank you to both Matthew and Pav.

The staff at the Shipston on Stour office were always very helpful and supportive and provided assistance when needed to help us achieve a sale. An absolute pleasure tp deal with.

We used Peter Clarke in Shipston on Stour for our sale & purchase. Sally and Kim were both brilliant. Sally particularly went well above what was expected of her. Customer service was absolutely brilliant. Would highly recommend!

We have recently bought a property through Peter Clarke, Leamington office. We have been highly impressed with the level of support given to us and the professionalism shown by both Renee and Jackie. We have received excellent communication throughout the process by both phone and emails. We would definitely recommend Peter Clarke to any prospective sellers.

We appreciated the good communication and help from the experienced, helpful staff at Peter Clarke’s Wellesbourne and they liaised well with our solicitors, Penman’s in the same village. No doubt if you want a hassle free sale these are the people to see. Chloe certainly knows her job and sorts out difficulties with ease.

Kerry and Chloe have helped us through two sales and we found them helpful and very friendly. They were proactive all the time communicating with us, the solicitor and the buyers. An excellent team and highly recommended.

Matt Corrall (Leamington) dealt with us from start to finish in selling our home to checking the home we wanted in the South West was still available. So big thank you to Matt we are in our new home. Pav kept us up to speed and made regular phone calls so we could be regularly updated. Again, thank you Pav.

Couldn’t have chosen a better Estate Agent. Matt was so friendly knowledgeable and had done research before arriving to give us a valuation. He was very professional in everything he did for us.

Highly recommend Peter Clarke Estate Agents. Really happy we chose them to act for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better service they were 100% brilliant.

Very supportive team i had seen, helped me alot when i was relocating

Peter Clarke Leamington were excellent in all aspects of the house sale. From discussing the initial valuation with documentary evidence, to taking high quality photos and video footage and launching the property on the market. Once the sale was underway, Peter Clarke kept me fully informed of all progress on a regular basis, and were extremely helpful in negotiating the final price. An excellent, professional service, five out of five

I invited 3 estate agents to value the property and I found Peter Clarke by far the most reassuring and gave me confidence in their ability to sell the property, after viewing the video of the property that was so good I actually considered making an offer myself.
Once the property was on the market we were kept informed about viewings and feedback promptly and any questions replied to promptly. I can honestly say we went with the right estate agent and would with out hesitation recommend them to family and friends.
Once again thank you for your help especially Matthew and Pav.

We engaged with the Wellesbourne office as buyers, the whole team were extremely helpful throughout the process. Always going out of their way to help push solicitors where required and get the answers to any questions that we had to help expedite the whole process as much as possible.

Peter Clarke Leamington were brilliant at helping me to sell my property. They were very knowledgeable about the market and super responsive every step of the way, always calm, supportive and clear. Huge thanks to Matthew, Pav and the rest of the team for all their work.
