Peter Clarke Estate Agent and Letting Agent Omdömen

Chloe and her team at Peter Clarke Wellesbourne were always extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Chloe guided us through the new, to us, process of selling at online auction to a successful outcome. It was very reassuring to know that any query was dealt with immediately, we were never left waiting. As one of your other reviewers said, if Chloe was unavailable Kerry or another member of the team was always abreast of the situation and could provide any information. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

I used Peter Clarke Chipping Campden for my house sale.

- I always spoke to someone different. I didn’t have a consistent point of contact.

- I felt quite pressured surrounding viewing times. They were aware that I was living alone and worked full time.

- I had 2 letters posted through my door from prospect buyers saying the either couldn’t get a hold of the agents or they were told I was under offer (I didn’t have an offer at that point).

- I moved out prior to completion. I never received a “Good luck” or “congratulations”. My last email literally says “thanks”

It just seems my sale lost the personal touch that was sold to me initially. It wasn’t a caring process. Nevertheless though, they sold my house and that’s what they’re there for.

We chose Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne as we liked how Kerry and the team came across to us, they were genuine and interested in us as the seller. They were professional in how they operated and were respectful of all parties involved throughout the process. Our main contact Chloe kept us informed of progress every step of the way, but we also noted how the rest of the team seamlessly picked up any queries we had too, which indicated a good team who worked together well. They are real people who you can speak to or even visit in branch, and who phone you back too, and not just provide email updates on an online portal, which we liked! We would certainly use Peter Clarke at Wellesbourne again.

We have had the pleasure of receiving a friendly and professional service from start to finish and would like to thank Matthew ,Jane , Pav , and Sarah for guiding us through and making the process of selling our house a very positive adventure !

Peter Clarke is Stratford’s best estate company, and Camilla Smith undoubtedly its best estate agent. She handled the sale of our property with consummate, patient skill. Her professionalism is astounding, making sure that each step of a potentially stressful process was dealt with calmly.

Friendly, efficient staff.

Just to say what a team Renee and Jacqueline have been with the purchase of my property. Honestly the best customer care I have ever ever experienced. This purchase would never have happened without their expertise, knowledge, dedication, contacts and persistent efforts. Their open and direct honesty throughout the process I really valued and welcomed. They certainly possess outstanding communication skills and a real empathy for their clients. Highly recommended and I cannot thank them enough – well done girls!

Chloe at the Wellesbourne branch has been amazing from start to finish! She has answered every query and responded to every email or phone call in a timely manner. When I have been chasing my tail, trying to get things finalised, she has been available to support me. Moving house is always going to be a stressful event but Chloe has done everything possible to keep stress levels to a minimum. If I move again, Peter Clarke will be my agents of choice!

A great purchase experience with Peter Clarke - Leamington. A very professional agency enhanced by friendly and helpful staff. Special thank you to Pav for all her hard work and professionalism.

Sara, Chloe and Kerry at Peter Clark Wellesbourne were absolutely fantastic during our experience with them as first time buyers. They helped us along the way, gave fantastic recommendations, and communicated with us with timely updates whenever they could. We were very happy with them and would recommend them highly.

It was a great experience with Peter Clarke. We felt lucky to get the house managed by them. We always got all the support from them very quickly. All the process & documentations are very fair and transparent. Thank you Karen Hudson for your all support.

Our sale wasn't the easiest!
Selling our Grade II listed property was challenging to say the least. We had far too many obstacles to maneuver, but Peter Clarke helped and gave great support on the way.
Our sincere thanks go to the Myton Road Team. They deserve this 5 star review.

Selling our rental property through Peter Clarke Estate Agents was easy and smooth.
From making initial contact they under took the valuation, viewings and the final stretch as we negotiated and dealt with solicitors.
We were kept up to date throughout the process which we can honestly say was trouble free.

Big thanks to the team.

Sara Jordan Leamington office what a horrible woman, insisted we fill in all sorts of nonsense to get an apointment then didnt reply nada! So i walked in met by surly Sarah and she said property under process by others...so thats it? Couldnt be bothered to a) thnak us for registering or b) saying sorry we will keep you on books.

As one of the most stressful experiences most can go through, the girls at Peter Clarke helped ease through the sale of my house with the minimum of fuss and hassle. They ensured that I received the offer that I wanted on my house, and went above and beyond when after having an offer accepted on a house to buy there were issues up the chain. I can not rate Kerry, Sara and Chloe highly enough!

Clear, regular communication & good customer service

We recently moved into a new home and Renee and Jacqueline were a brilliant help and support throughout the buying process.
We had great fun choosing our kitchen, flooring and tiles with Renee. She is friendly, fun, helpful and always gets back to you on any issue, big or small. We built a very good friendship with Renee, who guided us through the buying of our new house. It was a stressful time, but both Renee and Jacqueline were very helpful and supportive. On the day of our move Jaqueline was on hand on the telephone and by email to guide and support us through the final steps.
We had a very positive experience with all the Peter Clarke staff we dealt with and would highly recommend their great service to others.

Amazing, excellent communication and service - thank you x
