Peter Clarke Estate Agent and Letting Agent Omdömen

We’ve dealt with Peter Clarke for many years and they’ve always been amazing. Emma Zyko especially….any issues we have with our rented property is sorted super fast. I genuinely can not fault them and would highly recommend them. Keep up the great work!!

What a shame I have seen a property i like in Stratford-upon-avon went to Peter Clarks in Stratford upon Avon and was told unless I have sold my property or at least sold it subject to contract they would not show me the property that I came down to have a look at so disappointed How can you possibly know if you like a property without seeing it (it’s not like you can just walk past it. It’s in a gated area) maybe another estate agents will be a better way to go Madness

The team at Peter Clarke have been outstanding. The care and attention shown from the moment we walked into the Chipping Camden office right up to completing our rental agreement was brilliant. They took time to understand our requirements and circumstances offering relevant and extremely helpful advice - this was excellent customer service. They identified a perfect property for us, based on the information we provided to them, then supported us through the reference and contract process.
All staff members were courteous, helpful and very professional. Communications including verbal and email / electronic updates, including links to necessary forms and checks, were clear and contributed to a seamless process. We received excellent service from a dynamic, credible and caring team - Thank you all

I sold a property using Peter Clarke Wellesbourne in early July and they were exceptional. Kerry and Chloe went above and beyond to help; they communicated every viewing and the associated feedback promptly and worked harder than our solicitors to ensure the sale process proceeded as smoothly and quickly as possible! I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property as I was impressed by their knowledge, expertise and work at every stage.

Great service from the whole team at Peter Clarke. House priced right first time, offer received inside 4 weeks, buyer validated very professionally. Communications throughout were exemplary!!

I have used Peter Clarke to manage my rental properties for years. Joely Clinton, the Property Manager, has always been extremely professional, helpful and kind. Any issues or problems have been always been dealt with extremely promptly and efficiently. Joely is very knowledgeable about the letting laws and the rental market. I cannot recommend their services more highly,

We instructed Peter Clarke in the sale of 2 houses towards the start of this year and both had their challenges. The sales team at PC tackled every challenge that arose and diligently saw both sales through to exchange and completion. We do have other properties in Stratford-upon-Avon and will have no hesitation in instructing them in their sale once they fall vacant. Excellent service - thank your PC. Nigel.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my property thanks to Pav. From start to finish, she was efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She clearly knew the process inside out, and everything ran so smoothly because of her expertise and organisation.

Communication was always prompt, and she kept me informed every step of the way, which made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable.
Without doubt, this has been the best experience I’ve had with an estate agent, and they are way above others I’ve dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a property.

My experience of this Company is comprised solely of my dealings with Sara Jordan (Branch Manager of their Leamington office) and Pav Hayer (Company Negotiator, of that same office), both of whom were instrumental in bringing to a successful Completion the sale of my late father‘s property, a few weeks ago.

In short, these two young ladies were absolutely exemplary and made the entire process bewilderingly straightforward and painless. From the outset (and throughout) they were utterly professional; genial, dependable, trustworthy, reliable, kept me fully informed of all developments and were always infectiously encouraging and unfailingly optimistic.

They were a credit not only to Peter Clarke Estate Agents themselves, but also to a profession which is very often viewed in a somewhat dim light.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone faced with the prospect of tiptoeing through the minefield of Estate Agents in this area; you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better level of client-focused service.

Peter Clarke were excellent estate agents throughout my tenancy. They responded quickly when I was looking to view the property, very responsive during the process of preparing contracts, etc, quick to deal with any issues during the tenancy, and helpful and professional when the tenancy came to an end. Karen in particular was excellent.

Pav and the team provided my family with a excellent service throughout our purchase. Appointments were on time, we were regularly updated, Pav, especially was proactive in getting our sale through in a timely manner, communicating with us and regular updates. I highly recommend this company, professional and honest throughout the process. We thank you for your hard work and help. Very friendly team

Renee Roberts went over and above with her professional advice, competent personality with every aspect of our negotiations. Negotiations with the New Build Homes Division
Leamington Spa

Last year I sold and bought my new house through Peter Clarke and had a wonderful experience. I specifically want to thank Pav who is wonderful. She is kind, reassuring and just gives off such positive energy! She made what can potentially be an anxious experience very easy and smooth. I’d highly recommend them ☺️

Pav made home buying for us first time buyers so pain free. She was always at the end of the phone responding to every query with clear explanation, knowledge, and kindness. We couldn’t have had a better Estate Agent! I would highly recommend Peter Clark to anyone.

I can’t recommend Peter Clarke highly enough. Camilla supported us from start to finish throughout an extremely tricky process- i honestly don’t think we would have managed to secure the property had it not been for her. Without a doubt the best estate agent I have dealt with in Stratford, thankyou so much!

As many companies transition to automated and AI driven customer service models it is wonderful to find a business that still operates through direct personal contact, understanding its customer's needs and going above and beyond to meet these.

From initial consultation, through to celebratory completion phone calls Camilla Smith managed my sale in exemplary fashion. Despite many difficult issues arising in the inevitable chain of sales downstream Camilla was able to offer pragmatic solutions, broker agreements and actions, and most importantly take the lead in chasing and following up both solicitors and agents down the line. Without this level of engagement I am certain the deal would have collapsed.

Outstanding in every way, I cannot recommend Peter Clarke and especially Camilla enough.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Peter Clarke Estate Agents, and especially with Emma in the Stratford office.

Emma was our property manager for around 8 years previously and was consistently excellent throughout that time. More recently, she’s helped us again in finding our new property, and her support, professionalism and calm approach made the whole process far easier than it could have been.

She’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares. You always feel like you’re in safe hands with her.

Thanks also to the wider Peter Clarke team for their help and support along the way. Highly recommended.

Renée went over and above to try and help in a tricky situation. Excellent communication. Definitely recommend 5 star service.

Peter Clarke was fantastic with selling our house. I really appreciated how they didn’t give us a lot of pressure in getting our house sold as quickly as possible and made it work when we had viewings due to having family commitments.
They gave us great advice and let us think about what the best decision was for us. Thanks very much 😊

Chloe and her team at Peter Clarke Wellesbourne were always extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Chloe guided us through the new, to us, process of selling at online auction to a successful outcome. It was very reassuring to know that any query was dealt with immediately, we were never left waiting. As one of your other reviewers said, if Chloe was unavailable Kerry or another member of the team was always abreast of the situation and could provide any information. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!
