Absolutely amazing! I submitted the details and the song came back in a couple of days. It was exactly what I wanted...I heard it and I had tears in my eye! It was supposed to be for my husband's birthday in couple of months and I managed to keep it for about a week before I had to give it to him 🙈
He loves it and was really amazed at how good it was.
This is definitely going to be my new go to present!! Lol. The communication was prompt and friendly and quality was amazing.

Very easy to give the details which they very quickly transformed into an amazing song. My wife absolutely loved it. She cried her friends cried my sisters cried and I have an abundance of brownie points. Brilliant!

The whole experience from start to finish was very straightforward and simple.
I was surprised with the end result and expected less than I received. The finished piece was amazing and I only hope my partner feels the same.
My only wish was that I could hear it before it was finalised to have one small lyrical change. But that is a small thing.

Overall very happy and would/will most likely use them again.

Personalisedsong were so professional in seeing to this commission and yet managed to give it a personal touch by communicating back and forth to amend song were necessary and even found the time to send that personal message back to me. I definitely recommend personalisedsong to anyone who would like to celebrate an event with a loved one through a song.

My experience was first class. The company were very prompt and put all of our personal details into the most amazing song. There were a couple of tiny mistakes which were rectified straight away. One was just a missing word and pronunciation of another word.
There are a lot of companies online who specialise in songs but I would most definitely recommend this company before the rest.
Great customer care and efficiency throughout.
Can’t wait for my husband to hear his special song.

Following my initial review I was able to rectify the issue with the link to the music platforms. My rating has changed to 5* because of the amazing customer service in reaching out and resolving the issue. The song is still perfect, but add amazing customer service to the mix and I couldn’t fault Personalised Song - highly recommend!

Great song, absolutely love it. But after initially being given links to access it on various music platforms the link then expired and the song can no longer be played on my playlists. Tried contacting Personalised Song but the email bounced back as non-deliverable.

Exceptional service, the song is fabulous, I am looking forward to surprising my husband with it next week.

The song that was made to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary called ‘Sixteen Septembers’ was absolutely perfect making both my husband and I cry happy tears. His reaction was priceless, a gift from the heart that meant more than any gift you could buy from a shop.
I would highly recommend personalised song, a truly professional service where they made one small amendment having heard the first version to make it even more perfect.
This will be something we can treasure forever and play time and time again. We truly love it ❤️

I genuinely cannot recommend this wonderful company highly enough. From the very beginning, the communication was incredible — so warm, thoughtful and personal, with wonderfully quick replies and such care taken over every detail.

The song they created for my parents’ special anniversary was absolutely beautiful and far exceeded anything I could have imagined. It captured their story so perfectly and turned so many precious memories into something they can keep forever.

My parents were absolutely delighted. My mum actually said it was “the best gift she has ever received”, which meant the world to me. The song has become incredibly precious not only to my mum and dad, but to me and my brothers too — something very special for all of us as a family. abs blew my socks off amazing lol had hubby crying what a brilliant service 20 /10 if not more

I've seen so many adverts for various companies and if truth be told, it was the modest cost that drew me to using this company. I was nervous waiting to see what I'd be presented with because there is no option to "try before you buy". However, the song that I received, was the most perfect telling of our story, set to a beautiful melody sung by an incredible voice. Both my best friend (the song was a gift for her) and I, were completely blown away by what was accomplished and in such a short space of time. Our friendship set to music in an absolutely heartfelt way. We both cried with sheer joy, reliving the past 25 years.

First class service and I will most definitely be using this company again and recommending them to family and friends. However, my one piece of advice to anyone wishing to have a song written is, don't hold back on details. You need to give them something to work with, the more information you provide, the better chance you give these incredible artists of capturing your story and setting it to music.
