Things started out good, gathered my info, sent it in and within a few days I had a complete song. But here’s where things start to fail. The song was nice and well done with AI but my request was Classic Rock and it’s clearly Country. Ok I like country too so I replied to the final email from “Chad” that I would like my one revision as advertised. It’s been 2 weeks now and one follow up email but no reply…. Crickets! At this point it looks like your not dealing with real people at all just a robot named “Chad”

I am giving them two stars because they moved forward with creating the song without my approval of the lyrics. I reviewed the lyrics and was not completely pleased with them because I felt it didn’t convey everything that I wanted to convey and I really wanted to change it. I worked on creating different lyrics and before I could send them to them they sent me the finished song and artwork. They never reached out to me before doing that. I reached out to them anyway with the new lyrics and things I wanted to change about the song cover, etc.
but they never responded to the multiple emails I sent them. Very disappointed in their lack of communication and their lack or interest in fixing it. Having said that, the voice and tune were very nice. I would have really loved an opportunity to make it right.

The process is so easy and straightforward. The communication is wonderful. I had a song made for our 27th Wedding Anniversary. My wife was absolutely blown away and now we catch ourselves playing it anytime we are in the car together. The quality of the song was so good, we believe it could be a top 10 hit on today's Country music charts!!! Everything I entered into the information section was used, they didn't leave one thing out.

Very quick turn around and the song was perfect...
The wife listens to it on repeat when in the car or cleaning or in the shower/tub, etc...
She also randomly listens to it whenever...
I gave them information and they turned it into a beautiful and cherished memory...
I was given Lyric approval, but didn't need to change a single word...
I highly recommend and will probably have more songs made...
