This company was one of the least expensive I came across on the internet last year so I didn't know what to expect.
I've now had two songs made by them. Maybe different to most, mine have been about a friend coming out of a bad relationship, and the passing of my beautiful cat. On both occasions they have encapsulated everything I wanted to say absolutely amazingly and with a certain kind a respect that isn't easy to do for people/situations you haven't been part of. In particular there are certain lines in both songs that would make you believe they were actually a part of what you were going through and understood your heart perfectly.
I hope most of you use these for happier occasions (as I am sure I will one day) - but in any case, they are so so good. Also their after care / customer service is exceptional. I am not disappointed, and I don't think you will be either

This was an efficient process and they produced an amazing song to tell our story. I made a small tile change which was not an issue at all. The only suggestion I have is to be able to see the lyrics before the song is produced as wasn't sure if I was able to have small part of the song re-recorded to accomodate a change.

The voice and putting the words together

Super service and a great song produced. I'd have liked the option to amend by sending the words over first in an ideal world, but overall very happy with the outcome and would use again. My husband was very touched.

Absolutely amazing! I submitted the details and the song came back in a couple of days. It was exactly what I wanted...I heard it and I had tears in my eye! It was supposed to be for my husband's birthday in couple of months and I managed to keep it for about a week before I had to give it to him 🙈
