I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with the Kibo 3-door wardrobe from Pepperfry.

The product was delivered on 27th March 2026 in a damaged condition. I was promised a quick exchange, but even after 12 days, the issue remains unresolved. Every time I contact customer support, I’m told to wait another 2–3 days with no real progress.

I even requested a return, but that was denied, and I’m still being asked to wait indefinitely for replacement parts.

This delay, lack of accountability, and poor service are extremely frustrating. Very disappointing experience overall.

It has been 4-5 months that I have been…

It has been 4-5 months that I have been seeking feedback as to when my massage chair will be repaired but I am not getting any response. I just get a call and am told to give it 6-7 days, we will get it repaired. I am told that the part which is having problem in the massage chair will be replaced and even after that it will not get repaired, this is what the company says, if it cannot get repaired then refund process should be done. My time is being wasted for so long. Even after it being under warranty, nothing is being done to my massage chair. I am not being repaired when the massage chair cannot get repaired at all and I am being told that you You are posting like this on our platform, the company will not be bothered by it, nothing will happen by our posting, so I would like to say that I will post on all the platforms I find and will tell everyone that the service is so bad. People from Pepperfry ask me about it. I tell them the same thing about Pepperfry that the service is very poor. No one should buy from them. If they don't have the product then they will have to face the same problem as me. I want a resolution in 1-2 days. I have waited a lot. According to these people, they first talk about refund and then go back on their words. This is what the staff of Pepperfry is. I want a refund. Put it in Pepperfry wallet.

Fraud !!!

Fraud !!!
Customer Service Support is pathetic
One needs to beg to have the bad quality item collected for return , however the agent named Muskan B ( always the same name) is full of attitude; won't respond or reply..one needs to request and request request for a reply and for the for not collecting the item back
But the fraud customer support does not reply and the customer lands up wasting money and trust on Pepperfry !!!

Guys just stop buying online stuff from Pepperfry, if you value your hard earned money and if you do not wish to get frustrated

This online platform should be completely boycotted !!

Very bad customer support

Very bad customer support. You cannot get hold of a real person. Everywhere there are bots. Ordered a dining table , delivered after 6 Days of ordering. The piece was damaged , I told them bring a replacement.
They repaired it and again delivered it after 6 days.
Now its lying on the floor in my house and they are saying it will take 3 days to get an assembly person.

15 days for a dining table. Amazon does this in 5 days including assembling. Lesson learnt.

Worst part - No one to give updates no apology nothing after paying money. You have keep following up.

Pepperfry is a good place to buy…

Pepperfry is a good place to buy furniture and home items.
The website is easy to use and has many options.
I liked the design and quality of the products.
Delivery was on time and packaging was safe.
Customer service was helpful when I had questions.
Overall, I had a nice experience shopping with Pepperfry.

Extremely bad customer service and damaged item delivered

I have had a harrowing experience with Pepperfry. I had ordered a full length mirror from them and the courier agent notified me that the mirror is completely broken from inside and sent me a video where the sound of completely shattered glass could be heard on keeping it upright.
I complained about this to pepperfry over 5 calls with different customer executives where the standard answer was ' someone will call you in half an hour' and sent them 3 emails which sent random chatbot replies without solving my problem. The refuse to acknowledge that a broken item was delivered (which I have not even taken into my possession) and have not helped me get my refund back. If a product gets delivered from them in a good condition, its a matter of luck but if its damanged, theres a harrowing experience getting them to acknowledge that a defective/damaged item was delivered.

Product delivery was delayed

Product delivery was delayed. Then, after asking them to refund the money, they delivered a very poor quality item available for half the price, and one of the items was glass covers was broken. Wanted to return it. However, I did not see any option on the company website to return the item. Never again.

Worst Modular Work Experience

We made the mistake of giving them an order for our MODULAR WORK, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions. If you plan to order from them, be prepared for stress, ignorance, and complete negligence.
Once they receive the payment, they completely stop caring about the customer. There is no responsibility, no follow-up, and no accountability.
Our work was ordered in October and is still unfinished. They gave us the deadline for 27 December 2025. It’s still unfinished.

The entire experience has been frustrating and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others not to order from them.

Product is very tacky and cheap looking in real

Bought a pepperfry rhodium tv console after seeing pictures and high reviews on site.

On assembling it looks very cheap and tacky in real. They will not offer refund, return or exchange.

Beware of this company and avoid buying anything from their site without actually seeing it.
