This is the second time i have used Pense to arrange my Anuity for me.

Having received a lot of pension 'advice' from other providers, Pense were recommended to me. Whilst I hadn't previously heard of them, any apprehension was quickly dispelled by their professional and friendly service.
Amber was a godsend in dealing with SJP and her diligence ensured those funds and two others were transferred with no effort on my part, keeping me informed at every step. I wholeheartedly recommend their service.

Excellent advice, clearly explained from Russell regarding transferring an AVC fund I had to get the best annuity currently available. Once I gave the go ahead, Amber guided me through the paperwork and all went through efficiently and surprisingly quickly. I can highly recommend using Pense's services.

A very helpful and pleasant experience from Pense and especially Caroline and Amber who steered me through this process in a very orderly fashion. Some of my pensions companies (NEST and The People's Pension in particular) were incredibly onerous and drawn out but Amber was in constant contact with them and me to ensure the annuity came through in a timely way.
