PekoeTea Edinburgh Omdömen

Friendly service, good selection of reasonably priced refill teas.

Delicious tea! Great to give as a gift!

Delicious tea, great service!

Wonderful tea. The service was swift and with a personal touch

App easy to use and fast delivery. Love the tea. My cafe sells it.

Great service, great tea.

The ambience of the shop is very nice, the person serving me did aa great job telling me about the different types of tea, recommending flavours, etc. I'm less impressed with the quality of the tea itself. While the flavour is intense, the earl grey I bought is incredibly bitter even after a short infusion. The tea leaves are also incredibly small and brittle, so the amount of gristle at the bottom of my cup was way more than I would want for the price you pay for tea.

Their branding and customer service is top notch, I however did not much care for the product.

Great tea. Great company. Great support staff! A taste of Scotland. Thank you!

Amazing service, great tea and a lovely personal note in the box, would definitely order again. Thank you :)

My sister gave me a gift card so I chose a few items. The order arrived quickly and opening the box really felt like opening a present - it was so beautifully wrapped and packaged! Lovely teas too.

I only ordered a small order, but the care taken with my order evidently showed just how much PekoeTea value their customers and each and every order. It arrived beautifully wrapped and presented. With a hand-written personalised thank you note. That's on top of their tea being exceptionally delicious!
I love their Cloudcatcher fruit infusion. It is my favourite blend out of all the similar other blends using the same fruit flavour profile, because it is the only one that doesn't additionally contain hibiscus. Just the real deal ingredients: apple, cherry, kiwi, cranberry and coconut. Tasting perfectly natural and indeed leaving you feeling like you're floating on a cloud. Sometimes I open the tin just because the smell alone is heavenly.

Thank you so much and keep up the incredible tea blending!
Happy sipping!

Pekoetea Edinburgh delivers a delightful tea experience with rich flavors and thoughtful blends. The packaging was charming, and everything arrived fresh and ready to enjoy. It's a lovely choice for anyone who loves exploring quality teas.

No fuss purchase, arrived in good time, would recommend,

Absolutely stunning tea! Very impressed.
I'll definitely be trying out more of the range and recommending Pekoe to anyone who'll listen.

I visited Scotland in July and fell in love with it and this tea! This tea was served on the Queen’s yacht tour. It’s amazing!

Im a repeat customer of Pekoe tea, which is both a high quality and tasty product, but delivered promptly with some very nice little touches including personal hand written messages from the team, this is not supermarket customer services.

Devine luxury
A Devine treat, but also make your everyday special …
Beautiful tea 😍 I love the whole leaf tea . The caddy’s are lovely , and you can buy big refills. For those of us that need caffeine free , it’s the best range I’ve found . The lemon and ginger is lovely and the apple and cinnamon is Devine . It came beautifully and thoughtfully packaged, some of mine are for gifts, so these details are special . My daughter loves your mint, we all have a favourite . Bliss

Thank you for sending the tea and teapot so efficiently.
