What a fantastic service.
Not often I write a review but when a company is this good it is deserved. Great customer service from James. Purchased an E-go Lite through cyclescheme and a seamless ordering process with super fast delivery and great communication throughout. Definitely my go to company for bikes going forwards.

Today I received the best ever customer…
Today I received the best ever customer service experience from a lovely gentleman called James. His service from the start to end was outstanding 5*!!! James made the whole journey so smooth and easy and gave us so much information regarding the a Ebike we was querying about.
Because James was so knowledgeable and went that extra mile today we completed the purchase of a bike James sourced for us. He took all information from us in regards to what we wanted and our budget and he even got a second opinion on some details we gave him and did not once pressure us in to any purchase because off his outstanding service this made us want to buy the bike straight away from James :)
He was so patient and listened to everything we said and sourced us the bike we wanted and also even the bike was cheaper than our budget .... all I can say is JAMES is a huge asset to the company please look after him as I’m sure he can never be replaced as he is naturally a blessed sales assistant ... I will be definitely highly recommending James to friends and family :)

I found ordering the Sx-250 bike very…
I found ordering the Sx-250 bike very easy and delivery was within two weeks. The delivery driver gave a very clear explanation of using the electric power. I found the Sx-250 very different and easier to ride than my e-bike. Great fun to ride and I do not get hot riding it. I love it. Thanks!

Hunter bike
It took a while to decide but the buying part was easy and the delivery was one week to the day as they said. The bike was made up and wrapped up nicely for the journey. All in all a good experience .

Bought an E-movement Panther from Pedal&Chain and the guys couldn’t have been more helpful answering all my questions - and I had a fair few as it was my first e-bike. I was kept informed throughout about delivery, which only took a couple of days. I never write reviews but thought this was exceptionally good service and definitely worth recommending them.

Very pleased with my ARCC Brompton…
Very pleased with my ARCC Brompton conversion. I find that, even with level 3 it is too easy to reach the 15.5 mph assistance limit. On my usual route into town it seems to make the hills disappear!
Subjectively, I admit, the battery range (6ah) seems a bit less than advertised. You certainly feel the difference when it stops working!
