Ich wollte eine PDF Datei in eine Excel Datei formatieren und war sogar bereit den Tagespass zu bezahlen.
Etwas später wird dann aber einfach 40 € abgebucht für ein Abo was niemals klar gezeigt wurde.
Auf eine E-Mail wird schnell reagiert und auch das Abo wird sofort gekündigt, auf eine Rückzahlung kann man aber lange warten, es wird nichts ausgezahlt. Spart euch den Schriftverkehr mit dem Kundenservice, sie zahlen freiwillig nichts zurück.
Paypal zahlt das Geld nach Falleröffnung sofort zurück.

It's a scam. Not a free service. It shows as free, no subscription in searches but they'll get your email first then ask you money to download your translation file

just works, made it easy, low learning curve.

I used the program to create a file for my son. Thankfully is was easy to use as I am not a tech. This was a one time thing and didn’t expect to receive a monthly fee as I was only looking to create this one file. I was charged a monthly fee and sent email to the support email and they were able to help me get a refund from there. Now just waiting on a credit to come in.

I agreed to a trial of a PDFPaw product but was then charged a subscription of $39.99 US which I didn’t agree to. I contacted them and a refund was agreed to but after 2 months and many emails the refund has not arrived in my account. They continually tell me there was a technical glitch but the refund should arrive in 5-7 days. I have not received a refund. I have now contacted PayPal to get a refund. Gave them 1 star as no stars wasn’t available. Do not deal with this company.

Through my stupidity or possibly PDF Aw trickery I have lost five payments of $39.99 to this company I am contacting my bank and possibly the FBI to rectify the situation

I thought in February I was obtaining a 3 page document for one dollar.On April 21st (stupidly not earlier) I checked my electronic credit card statement and I discovered that I had subscribed to a monthly subscription and billed four payments of $39.99. I canceled my subscription and had a nice email correspondence with Lisa (apparently a robot)
Lisa told me that PDF Paw would refund my last payment only. Instead, I was billed the next day for another $39.99. My subsequent emails to Lisa have been unanswered.
Whether from my stupidity or PDF Paw’s trickery i’m sorry I don’t have the option of giving my experience with this company zero stars.

Pdfpaw was a great tool to easily reduce the size of a pdf to comply with the specs for a vendor. Great product!

Even tho i want not nice on my request to cancel they were very quick and respectful in there response
