Very easy to use app. Converted my pdf to my phone and I could read and edit the doc with no problem. I highly recommend this program.

Do not give this company your credit card information. They use highly deceptive tactic to trap you into an expensive, unauthorized monthly subscription.

I signed up for what was very clearly advertised as a "5 days limited access plan" for a one-time fee of $0.99. What they don't show you upfront is the microscopic fine print hidden at the very bottom of the checkout page. That fine print turns your $0.99 payment into an automatic $39.99/monthly subscription.

When I caught the charges and contacted their support, they refused to refund the stolen money. They only agreed to refund the last $39.99 charge, leaving me out $280.92 for a service I never wanted, never used past the initial 5 days, and never explicitly agreed to subscribe to.

Reading other complaints on Reddit, it's obvious this is their entire business model. They know exactly what they are doing. I have already filed formal complaints with my credit card company to dispute the charges and reported them to the FTC for deceptive billing practices. Stay far away from PDFpaw.

It is very easy to use. You can get started right away. Everything is wonderful.

My issue was that the pdf link that I needed to create made the pdf file look poor. Poor resolution. Therefore, I did not further use this site.

I found them to be quick and easy when ordering a pdf conversion and when there was an issue with billing Lisa was prompt and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy after they were paid.Highly recommend!

Works just fine. Concerned about the 5-day trial if it extends into the monthly, I believe I have to close out the account before then.

When I encountered a problem with my subscription, a Pdfpaw representative responded immediately and took care of my problem right away. Excellent customer service.

This is a complete scam; I wasn't aware of a recurring huge charge and was under the impression it was a .99 charge. Ridiculous. It will be reversed by my credit card but it is a racket - look at the reviews on Reditt - ridiculous.

My experience was great because they responded quickly, addressed my concern, and resolved the issue without any push back. The responses were courteous as well

Absolute Betrüger!!! Ich habe eine einmalige Konvertierung für 0,99 Euro getätigt und mir wurde ein Abo für 39,99 Euro aufgedrückt. Nach sofortigem Einspruch von mir wurde mir bestätigt, dass das Abo gekündigt ist und der Betrag von 39,99 zurück erstattet wird. Das Geld habe ich nie erhalten. Auf mehrmalige Mahnungen kommt immer die Antwort "es sei in Bearbeitung und es dauert ein par Tage".
Ist aber jetzt schon 4 Wochen her.
Ich erstatte jetzt eine Anzeige gegen diese Bande.

Es gab fälschlicherweise eine Zahlungsbelastung, die aber nach Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice UMGEHEND aufgehoben wurden . Sehr guter, freundlicher und prompter Servive.
