i started with the promotional offer to reconfigure my art photos so that fine art america could upload my artwork to there print on demand function on my website which worked really well with high quality prints.I uploaded 6 photos and completed my first batch and then cancelled the plan till i next need it being fully satisfied . I then found out i was charged for a new month of use and asked for a refund,Lisa responded immediatley and sent the refund.All that said made me a loyal customer and i will use the service as i generate new material

Not only does Pdfpaw deliver a 100% effective, easily accomplished conversion service, their customer service is impeccable when sorting out the refunds when a rare problem arises.

I only used this platform once and so far I have been charged for this subscription twice. I reached out to inform the customer service team to cancel my subscription as there was no way to complete this action on the website itself. After being informed that my subscription was canceled I was charged again for a service that should have been canceled. One star is sufficient for this platform.

I tried out PDFPAW one time to translate one document and it worked well. I didn’t know it also signed me up for a subscription but PDFPAW immediately reversed the charge for me. Thank you Lisa from Customer Support!

I was having problems submitting my files because they were too big and I was able to use the compression app from pdfpaw, I was so relieved. And great costumer service. Thank you Lisa.

VORSICHT Betrüger!! Eigentlich nur für den Tag im Centbetrag gebucht und dann gingen 39,99€ ab, ohne etwas abgeschlossen zu haben. Der Kundenservice hält nur hin. „Wir haben das Geld zurück überwiesen…“ (angeblich) - Schriftverkehr erfolgte über 2 Monate wöchentlich. Das Geld ist nie angekommen. Ein Beweis für die angebliche Rücküberweisung konnte man mir nicht liefern. Was für Betrüger!!!

This is a scam website. I paid 1.99 to see what a document compressed like. It was poor. To be 100% clear I did not sign up to anything. 7 days later my card was billed with 39.99 and again 3 weeks later. I only realised these charges when I was paying my monthly credit card bill. I received no notifications full stop regarding billing, payments or a contract. When I conversed with “Lisa” on their help desk she apologised and said they would cancel the payment due to come out and there would be no more bills. Funnily enough the payment came out. I spoke again to “Lisa” by e mail and she said she would process a refund, and even sent me a refund mail, but the money never came back into my account. Contacted their e mail address again 1 week later and now radio silence. Do not touch these scam artists.
