I expected much higher quality based onâŠ
I expected much higher quality based on how the service is advertised, especially considering the price is quite expensive. Unfortunately, the final result was not noticeably different from free online tools. There was no clear added value in terms of output quality. What made the experience more frustrating is that there is no proper trial option â you are required to pay first before even seeing the actual result quality. Very disappointing overall.

Scam company. They propose free trial but even if you cancel subscription during trial they will continue to charge your card
Be aware that you received email confirmation of subscription cancelation.
Check your credit card after few days you cancel subscription for unexpected charges.

I wanted to convert 1 document to compress PDF and paid 1.95⏠for this. That I authorized on 2 May. On 9th May they took out 39 ⏠from my account for somenthing ( God only knows what ) that has not been authorised by me. I was horrified as i only needed 1 document. I have just written to tehm asking for a refund and I am waiting to hear back on their response. They have been quick to reply

Scam. I think i did not give then my card but paid via google pay (fee of like 1⏠for signing some document) but they were able to fetch it and used it without premission.

PP does not except conversions from other platforms well. And though not perfect, its perfect enough.
