well, it was not made clear to me i had even signed up for a subscription - only realized it when you tried to charge my card. and when i paid for a week i read the fine print, there was no indication that i was about to unwittingly also go for the monthly thing. kinda predatory. but your support chat thingy works rly well, thankful for that.

The staff was amazing. My customer service rep handled my issue swiftly and didn't give me the run-around at all. I loved the service provided, but it's a bit pricey.
