Trial Subscription
I called days before my trial subscription ended, the person I spoke with told me that the service was cancelled. Now I receive a charge on my credit card card stating that they billed me $39.00 for the service. I would never deal with this online company again. Very bad billing service.

I am upset that I had to wait to cancelâŠ
I am upset that I had to wait to cancel and that I even had to cancel at all. I did not see any notice on the 95 cents screen saying it would be a massive reoccurring charge. Then to cancel it I had to jump through hoops. The file switch I needed a one time thing and that worked well so thatâs the only reason I chose this score. The person who canceled it took a few minutes to âverifyâ it whatever that means, but was otherwise very polite and professional.

Good service and very helpful support team
The website works well and is easy to use. I contacted support regarding my subscription, and the team was extremely helpful and resolved my issue immediately. The only downside is that the font size for the terms and conditions on mobile is very small and hard to read, which can be misleading. Apart from that, a great experience.
