I COULDNT SIGN IN OR RECOVER MY PASSWORD TO STOP THAT UNTIL I FOUND A LINK THAT YOU PUT YOUR EMAIL AND THEN YOU UNSUBSCRIBE.
I was calling them and they were hanging up.
I couldn’t recognise the payment on my bank app, it was a weird name

Scam of a company stay well clear avoid at all costs. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!! I had requested a self certificate with and Initial charge of 0.50p then realised that if i didn't cancel within 48 hours then a subscription fee of £39.90 a month would incur.
Contacted the telephone number on there website .. +44 20 8068 7193 and spoke with a man saying that i was to call back in 10 mins if my self certificate didn't come through.
20 mins passed and still no certificate called back the exact same number +44 20 8068 7193 and was told by a lady it was the wrong number and a different company it was the dame numbe called with the same waiting music playing. 🙃
Contacted bank to get money back and block them. Don't let these scammers fool you DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY THAT WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WHICH IS FRAUD AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR CALLS.

J'ai voulu une signature électronique pour envoyer un document à l'INSEE, j'ai payé une petite somme (moins de 2€) pour avoir au final une signature refusée par l'INSEE et il te rajoute un abonnement a 39,90€ / mois bien écrit en petit pour être sur que vous le souscriviez sans même vous en rendre compte. Ce site est une arnaque.

J'ai utilisé ce site pour convertir un PDF, après un paiement de 0.50 euros, le site vous prélève 39.90 euros en abonnement automatique et répété si vous ne vous désabonnez pas. Une belle arnaque pour perdre de l'argent. J'ai fais une réclamation, j'attends le remboursement de la somme dans les meilleurs délais.

Ti chiedono 0,50 € per fare una conversione di un file e il giorno dopo ti ritrovi con un addebito di 39,90 €. Nessuna autorizzazione richiesta né tantomeno una mail che confermasse l'iscrizione. E' incomprensibile come siti che operano al limite della legalità restino impuniti.

Attenzione, siamo al limite della truffa.
Ho utilizzato il loro servizio e pagato regolarmente 0,50 € per una conversione di un file PDF (che poi non è stato convertito come da promessa).
Nel loro sito c'è scritto che dopo 48 ore vengono addebitati 40 € al mese, ma io non ho sottoscritto nessun abbonamento!
Con un semplice pagamento non è legalmente possibile sottoscrivere un abbonamento, e comunque il giorno seguente non sono riuscito ad accedere al mio account per poter disdire questo fantomatico abbonamento. Non è stato possibile perchè il loro sistema ha risposto "non abbiamo trovato la tua e-mail".
Alle mie rimostranze hanno risposto che non addebiteranno più i 40 € ma che non mi vengono rimborsati quelli spesi.

Don’t use this tool!!!!!!!
I used this service only once, after 48 hours I was charged €40 for the monthly subscription because I had not read the conditions and it was my mistake. The next day I asked for my subscription to be canceled, as I could not access my profile on their site (be careful, they do it on purpose). The support answered me saying that they would immediately cancel my subscription and I would no longer be able to use their services. If you cancel my subscription immediately, I must be able to use the services until the end of the days I paid, alternatively reimburse me for the cost of the subscription since it cost me €40 for a day of use.
The worst service ever used, with customer support unable to do its job.

Subscription scam
I paid 50p to convert a single document. Unbeknown to me I was signed up to a subscription costing £39.90 per month. I only realised after paying for four months (£159.60) during which I did not use the service and was unaware that I was paying for it. Beware.

Warning TRUFFA
Warning: Avoid this website at all costs. I experienced serious issues with their service that amount to deceptive business practices. They charged my account immediately without providing the promised document or even allowing me to access my account properly.
The password reset function doesn't work, making it impossible to access the account I paid for. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I've been unable to resolve these issues or cancel my subscription.
They continue to charge customers without delivering the promised services. I strongly advise anyone considering using this website to look elsewhere for PDF conversion services. This appears to be a systematic problem rather than an isolated incident, based on similar complaints I've seen from other users.
UPDATE: days later, the only communication received from the supplier was the response to my negative review.

Well, everything they say is false. DO NOT pay them 50 cents for a PDF conversion, since the reserved area does not exist, and the requested conversion is received via email from a hypothetical employee of the company, but it is evident that it is done with a free online tool. in fact it has the same inaccuracies.
I confirm after weeks that it is a fraudulent service.
