PESSIMA ESPERIENZA, ORRIBILE!!!!
Ho fatto un ordine di merge pdf per 0,50 €.
Mi ritrovo con un addebito di 39,90 per un abbonamento mai sottoscritto e che dal profilo non è possibile disdire.
Ho contattato tramite form e successivamente tramite email contact at pdf-pro.io ma non risponde nessuno.
Ho chiamato il numero 02 52 68 07 74, indicato in risposta in un'altra recensione, e il numero non esiste.
Non so come fare a disdire per un abbonamento costosissimo mai richiesto e che non uso nemmeno.
PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Spero di risolvere qualcosa con questa recensione.

come scritto in recensione, il numero che avete appena lasciato non funziona; vi ho già scritto TRE EMAIL nell'arco di un mese e non avete risposto a nessuna, inutile questo teatrino di scrivere che siete dispiaciuti, fermate il prelievo e l'abbonamento!

Aggiornamento ma comunque fate molta attenzione prima di utilizzare questo servizio.
Aggiorno al 17/07/2025: dopo aver scritto a PDF-PRO dal loro sito andando alla pagina "reclamo" (bisogna scorrere la pagina fino in fondo e sotto "Azienda" trovate la voce che apre la pagina per contattarli per il reclamo) ed aver ricordato che anche la legge inglese (Consumer Contracts -Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges- Regulations 2013, prevede un periodo di ripensamento di quattordici giorni) hanno risposto e rimborsato l'intera cifra di 39,90 €. Ritengo in ogni caso che sarebbe da parte loro più corretto dare un tempo maggiore che non 48 ore per annullare l'abbonamento ed inviare una mail per ricordare all'utente la scadenza.

Sul sito di pdf-pro.io sembra che si possa fare una "prova" convertendo un documento PDF in uno dei formati proposti al costo di 0,50 € ma se non si legge più che bene quanto è scritto sotto "OTTIENI IL TUO DOCUMENTO" ed inserendo i dati della carta per pagare e poter scaricare il file modificato si legge che in realtà non sono 48 le ore di tempo per annullare l'iscrizione per cui saranno prelevati 39,90 € al mese, e illimitatamente, ma solo 24 le ore per disiscriversi. Inoltre non si tratta di ore "lavorative", ma "effettive": il prelievo è avvenuto alle ore 7,02 del mattino di sabato 5 luglio ... che efficienza ...
Peccato che tanta efficienza non preveda l'invio del contratto tramite mail ed un preventivo avviso del prelievo. Si può inoltrare un reclamo e chiedere un rimborso (cosa he ho fatto non appena mi sono accorta del prelievo dei 39,90 €, ma non ho ancora ricevuto risposta, evidentemente l'efficienza dimostrata nel prelevare non è uguale a quella nel rispondere alle mail di reclamo) In conclusione meglio non utilizzare il loro servizio per convertire i file PDF: ce ne sono altri similmente validi e gratuiti. E, potendo esprimere un parere sul loro modus operandi, direi che è al limite della truffa "legalizzata" ...

I would strongly suggest avoiding this company. My mother was sent a link to a single PDF which she was happy to pay the £0.50 for not realising that she was signing up to a subscription service. She was charge nearly £40 two days later. I've since stepped in and helped her cancel the sub. I phoned up and spoke to customer service who after acknowledging the sub was cancelled and no use of the service had been made, refused to offer a refund and hung up the phone. I called back asking to make a complaint, once again they hung up. The third person 'escalated' to the billing team who obviously never got back to me.

I was charged €39.90 for a subscription…
I was charged €39.90 for a subscription that doesn’t exist. I used this service only once and paid €0.50. Shortly after, I was charged €39.90 for a subscription I never signed up for.
There is no login, no account dashboard, and no way to manage or even view this so-called subscription — because it simply doesn’t exist.
I never gave consent for any recurring charge, nor did I receive any confirmation email. This is completely unacceptable.
I have contacted customer support and I expect a full and immediate refund. Judging by similar experiences shared by others, this seems to be a recurring issue. Be very careful before using this service

Une signature électronique qui n'en est pas une puisque qu'elle n'est pas certifié. Donc on peut faire la meme chose avec paint...
Du coup j'ai dû repasser par une autre entreprise pour avoir la signature électronique certifié...
Un message avec une demande de résiliation du compte car quand on arrive sur la page on ne parle que de désabonnement. Du coup message au service client.
Abonnement résilié à ma demande par eux mais pas de remboursement de la somme prélevé...
