Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il n’est pas très clairement dit que c’est une GRISSE ARNAQUE PURE ET SIMPLE. J’etais prête à prendre le risque qu’il le prélèvement des mensualités que j’aurai bloquées à la banque, pour au mois obtenir le document dont j’avais besoin puisque certains disaient quand même avoir reçu le leur. Rien du tout, En place d’un acte de naissance promis en 5 minutes j’ai reçu un modèle de demande d’acte de naissance à la mairie que j’aurai écrite moi-même en deux secondes. Fuyez très loin.

La réponse qu’ils viennent d’envoyer à min commentaire est juste un moyen de vous endormir. Leur système est trompeur et dans tous du début à la fin du processus il était noté clairement que j’obtiendrai mon acte de naissance, pourquoi ai-je obtenu une lettre de demande de mon acte de naissance que je peux faire moi-même. Aucune de vos explication ne sera convaincante. Vous manipulez les pauvres gens. Il est très rare que je laisse des avis négatifs ou non constructifs mais là il faut alerter. A ceux qui essaieront néanmoins, vous aurez été prévenus.
L’ARNAQUE CONTINUE. Ils viennent de prélever 39€ sur mon compte pour m’avoir écrit une lettre de demande d’acte de naissance au lieu de l’acte de naissance lui même, service sollicité au départ. Ce n’est pas normal qu’ils existent encore. Les avis positifs viennent d’eux-mêmes, n’ayez aucun doute c’est UNE VÉRITABLE ESCROQUERIE. C’est dommage que l’on ne puisse pas mettre des photos ici afin de prouver nos dires. PAR PITIÉ NE METTEZ PAS VOS INFORMATIONS BANCAIRES SUR CE SITE. JE CHANGE DE CARTE DES AUJOURD’HUI.

They ask £0,50 for a document, just to get your bank details; then they open a monthly subscription of £39,90. No matter if you ask for cancellation in that window of 48 hours, they hardly and insistently try to get the payment. Fortunately, the bank declined it and called me for approval.
They are nothing but disgusting scammers!

ho cliccato sulla ricerca google sul vostro annuncio che prevedeva la creazione di un pdf formato cades. ma dopo aver pagato 0'50 centesimi(non è quello il problema)il formato non è quello. Successivamente ho capito che avreste prelevato dalla carta di credito circa 40 euro al mese ed ho dovuto tribolare per disdire questo abbonamento senza preavviso e senza contratto. Complimenti
