Bought a laptop for my son
All went well for 11 months then the battery slowly each day dropped the charge it could attain till one day it failed altogether
As it was under warranty I sent it back, took 3 weeks to get it back after several phone calls
5 months later the battery is slowly losing charge again - unplugged and let battery go flat then restarted and back 100% not confident the icssue has gone though only time will tell not had to do this with my other laptop
From my experience therefore this is the worst laptop I have ever had - I used Lenovo at work and an Acer at home with no problems - I have supplied order number but I will be astonished if PC Specialist get back to me

This was my first time using PC Specialist and was a bit apprehensive . But was very nicely surprised how mush information i was given all the way from build to shipping the desktop. Was surprised how easy and straight forward it all went. The Build quality of the machine so far has exceeded my expectations and would buy off them in the future .

The easy to follow site made choosing my PC specs simple for me. The pricing was more than reasonable and the speed with which I received it blew me away. The transparency and updates from PC Specialist all along the process was truly next level and really stuck with me and helped get me hyped for my finished PC which I’m over the moon with!

Great PC I bought. Was very easy to set up too, just took it out of the box, took off the glass, removed the foam, put the glass back on, connected the HDMI cable and the power cable. After that I just flipped the power switch and hit the on button and it came to life all in less than 15 mind. The parts I ordered were excellent and worked just as excellently as they were intended to. Overall great service.

Great laptop for gaming. A very lightweight but powerful device that is able to handle very demanding games and can be easily brought when travelling

I bought 2 high spec laptops previously from PC Specialist and thought next time I’lll get a proper pc. Wasn’t sure exactly what to get, so with advice from AI, I started to build. I ended up with a great PC more than capable of running four screens and multiple memory hungry applications at the same time. I showed AI the price and it did a good few checks and came back with the verdict of a great computer, well under the price I should have expected to pay. Quick turnaround around for a bespoke PC.

The PC arrived well packaged and with all the necessary protection. Very good experience!

And absolute joy from beginning to end, pick out my parts, go the message to say the power source was to big, ignore it but appreciated the attention to detail, then waited a few days for the order to start moving (the charts, explanation of steps, and average time on each step made the experience very easy to understand) once the pc went into production things moved quickly I want to say it was in QA testing within a day or 2 (adding a picture of the inside of the completed build was a nice touch) then the shipping was a breeze fast and accurate tracking and thanks to the packaging arrived spotless

Delighted with my build as a first time buyer and new to gaming PC world, they were great and helpful through out the whole time.

Not only they helped me build the exact pc I wanted, with all the pieces I required, but it came fully assembled and ready to plug and play. It also arrived faster than I was expecting, and in perfect condition, which was excellent. Have not had a single issue with it!

In July of 2025 I bought a brand new PC for €1300. Worked great for 2 months and then the SSD just completely died. After being in contact with them for about a week, as they are incredibly slow to reply, they agreed for me to send my PC back for repairs. For a while they insisted there was no fault with the SSD, but they eventually discovered there was.

PC got repaired, replaced the SSD with a new one. All was great! That was until May 2026 when the PC just completely failed to boot up. It eventually did and it seemed to work until about a week ago, where the same issue has now shown up again. Except this time its much worse, it just completely fails to boot up 95% of the time.

Support is far too slow at responding, I'm lucky if I get one response per day.

It's just not worth it. Don't waste your money with PCSpecialist. I would never purchase from them again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. Buy from literally anyone else. I'm currently in the process of potentially getting a refund for my now, essentially dead, PC. Not even a year old. Not. Worth. It.
