The speed of which I received my PC is exceptional.
The parts in the build are exactly what I ordered which is great considering demand at the moment.
The only downside was one of the feet on the case was missing a rubber foot.

PC was a good price and arrived to my home in Ireland 3 days after ordering. Very please with the performance of the product and speed at which I received it.

It was amazing, i picked my parts and they build the PC for me. The follow-up emails were much appreciated and i was thinking it would take a while to arrive but it came within a after i placed my order.

Very reassuring and positive experience from ordering on line to delivery. Spoke to technical staff during the build and also received images of the PC when build was completed. I was impressed with how each step from parts prep to final testing was communicated to me.

hard to find anything negative to say about it.
From the website, to the options, the configurations, the assembling team, support, communications.
It's a pleasure from start to finish.
And then you receive your machine, and everything gets even better.
this is my second order on PCSpecialist. My previous config was a mid gaming pc 6years ago and i never had any issue with the hardware.
will be back again... in another few years !

Excellent. Professional and responsive. I wish they had a better B2B warranty (longer and On-Site), but overall it's a great experience.

I ordered a brand-new PC on July 24th, and by August 10th I still didn’t have a working computer.

The PC arrived with a hardware fault, and after contacting support and returning it, I was told that it would be prioritised for inspection. I was then told that it could take another week just to be looked at.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a brand-new computer and expected it to arrive fully functional. Instead, I’ve spent weeks dealing with a faulty PC, returns, waiting times and customer service.

What makes it even more frustrating is that I was initially told it would be prioritised, only to be told later that I have to wait in a queue.

Very poor experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company based on how this situation has been handled.

Having used PCSpecialist previously I had no concerns about using them again for the purchase of two laptops which are now being used in DR Congo. One with a UK keyboard and the other with a French keyboard. The system worked as expected with regular updates to confirm the progress of the work and testing required the delivery (somewhat ahead of expected schedule) was seamless.

I have no concerns about recommending PCSpecialist Ltd for those requiring a superior service.

Best laptops you could find out there, fast and secure delivery. Great support team.

The computer supplied is very powerful fir the price and nearly silent in general operation. From order to delivery was swift. However, when it arrived several components had come loose and required reseating.

did everything it said on the tin. built quickly and delivered without fuss... only problem was I dithered on the order and the price went up..

Vert easy and straight forward online ordering and arrived as promised, in a very strong carton box. The best thing about the their PC builds is that they're free of bloatware.

I will be purchasing my next PC from them!

I bought an expensive laptop to work abroad with. After 8 months the battery burned out and melted internal parts of the laptop. I was able to send it back because luckily my mum visted me abroad. But they did argue how the battery was out of warrenty for a bit. Until i reminded them they have to provide a year warrenty. Now the laptop has been fixed. But its in england. Its 150 quid to post it. And i will have to pay 300 import tax on it. Very disappointing, going to cost me a fortune just to get it back. I would of rather had a refund so i could buy a local device and not spend 450 just to get my laptop back.
They were pretty nice and did go through with my repairs free of charge eventually. But i still cant get my laptop back and its a huge hassle. I got a great device. It wasnt the cheapest laptop on the list. I customised it for my needs.
Im very frustrated with them. Since the staff was helpful im giving them 2 stars not 1. Asking round this doesnt seem to be uncommon that people have issue with the company.

Was interesting they responded to this review saying tough luck. I wouldnt recommend the company. The device just should not have broken to cause me so much extra hassle and expense. A laptop is designed for travel, i took super care of it, and had a power regulator installed before the plug in case there were issues. And it died. They want me to replace the battery every 8 months i guess. Oh and i had to buy a cheap laptop out here to continue work. So buying from pc specialist has nearly cost me £1000 extra because they sold me poor goods

The build was completed sooner than I expected and delivered in excellent condition.
I appreciated how they kept me updated on each stage of production.
Would recommend to anyone uncomfortable with the process of building their own PC.
