Our payment plans are designed to be straightforward, offering no interest and no hidden fees, with flexible weekly, fortnightly or monthly options available. Our service includes home visits where measurements are taken and flooring options are discussed, helping customers choose the right product for their space. All flooring is cut and prepared specifically to each customer’s measurements, making every order bespoke and tailored to the property. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is confirmed, materials are prepared to specification. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, bespoke goods are non-refundable unless proven faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We can recommend experienced, independent fitters to carry out installation. All fitters operate as self-employed contractors, and fitting services are arranged directly between the customer and the installer. While we are always happy to assist in coordinating and supporting communication, workmanship and installation remain the responsibility of the fitter. Our team is committed to providing a reliable and efficient service, from initial enquiry and quotation through to delivery and aftercare support. We aim to ensure clear communication throughout the process so customers know exactly what to expect. We welcome honest and constructive feedback and encourage reviews to reflect the correct service provided and the party responsible. I had my flooring done on 26th Feb this…
I had my flooring done on 26th Feb this year and after a week it started to bubble up and and get lumps. Since 26th Feb I have rang pay weekly flooring up 4 times and they promised me someone woild come out and sort the problem and for all 4 times I have been lied to and now they wont answer my calls I am seeking a full refund since last year I spent alot of money with this company and they have done me wrong.do not go to this company bunch of conmen

We take all feedback seriously, however your review contains a number of statements that are simply not accurate.
Firstly, Pay Weekly Flooring does not carry out fitting works. As clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions, all installations are completed by independent, self-employed fitters, and any workmanship-related concerns must be addressed directly with them.
That said, we have still made multiple efforts to assist by passing your concerns to the fitter and supporting communication — which goes beyond our legal responsibility.
We have no record of “ignored calls” as stated. Our lines are open during working hours, and all customer queries are logged and responded to accordingly. Claims that we have “lied” or are “not answering” are therefore misleading.
In relation to your request for a full refund, your flooring was custom cut and supplied specifically for your property, and as per our Terms & Conditions, bespoke goods are non-refundable unless proven faulty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If there is a genuine issue with the installation, the correct route remains with the fitter responsible. We are, as always, happy to assist in facilitating communication to help reach a resolution.
We kindly ask that reviews remain factual and directed at the correct party, as misleading or defamatory statements may be challenged.

Lay my carpet without any underlay
Lay my carpet without any underlay, I am not happy at all with the service I got today, so very disappointing. I had to rip the carpet out, and the fitter left a big roll of underlay for me. Why didn't he put my underlay, call office to report, say they will re do it in 8 days. I declined cos I emptied my room for this so where will I put my stuff. Biggest regret 😪 😢. I am so shocked by this

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience, however it’s important to clarify the situation accurately.
Your underlay was delivered to the property, as you’ve confirmed, and the issue relates to the installation carried out by the independent fitter, not the supply of materials.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, all fitters are self-employed and operate independently, meaning workmanship and fitting decisions sit directly with them. That said, as a gesture of goodwill, we arranged for the fitter to return and rectify the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
This resolution was declined.
We do understand the inconvenience of preparing a room for fitting, however declining the offered solution does limit what can be done further, as we are not the installation provider.
We kindly ask that reviews reflect the correct responsibilities, as we supplied all materials as agreed, including the underlay, and took steps to assist in resolving the situation.
If you would like us to re-arrange the fitter to return, we are still happy to help facilitate this.

Very disappointed
So to start with the rep came around asking what flooring we was interested in we chose vynyl for our bedroom she then thrust her phone in our faces and said choose one of them no samples just pictures on her phone so arranged a fitting date which was five half weeks so day arrived for the fitting no show kept phoning the office who eventually blocked my calls as did the fitter well he arrived the following day late afternoon despite saying it would be morning or early afternoon he bought in the vynyl folded in half admiitingly he did a good job the quality of the vynyl shocking total rip off merchants never again will we have anything to do with this company again

Our representatives provide guidance based on available ranges, and many customers are happy to choose from digital selections. Samples can be requested, but they are not always required depending on the product and appointment.
Regarding your claims of “blocked calls”, we have no record of any customer being blocked, and all calls are handled through our office during working hours. This statement is therefore misleading.
In relation to the fitting, as clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions, all installations are carried out by independent, self-employed fitters, and we are not responsible for their scheduling or arrival times. That said, we do assist customers where possible, which we did in your case.
You’ve also confirmed within your own review that the fitter “did a good job”, which contradicts the overall claim of poor service.
As for product quality, the vinyl supplied is part of our standard range and is priced accordingly. Opinions on appearance or feel are subjective and not indicative of a fault or misrepresentation.
We kindly ask that reviews remain fair and factually accurate, and directed at the correct party where applicable.
