Not really happy
When I needed a part they sent it and charged extra shipping because I needed it fast, it was there. It happened to be the wrong valve though. Contacted help and they were clueless as what to do. I have texted and emailed the company to no avail. I was told returns were easy. But if they will not contact you it is not that easy. Guess I'm stuck with a valve that I can't use.

There was an advertised price and then I received an email advising me that there was a computer issue and if I still wanted the item there would be another 78.00 or so charge. I cancelled the order because that is not the way you should be doing business. I will never do business with you again.

Defective part nightmare
This is our first purchase through your company and it was NOT a good one. We were in need of a wet end for our boiler pump. Ordering went great. The part showed up and it looked great! We installed it and it was defective (leaking water everywhere from the mechanical seal). I then called back and followed the procedures given to me by your company. A day goes by, I get an email with an attachment that we need to fill out. Filled it out, returned it and waited another 2 days. Mind you we needed a wet end now 7 days ago. I arrive this morning to an email telling us where to send the defective part. NO PREPAID POSTAGE for this defective part that we already paid shipping on to get to us. No "I'm shipping you a new part while we sort out this defective one". No, "How can we make this right by you".... Nothing. This was our first and possibly last interaction with your company. I would suggest looking into the "returning of defective parts" side of your company and the customer service to that effect.
