I had an issue with another company for a part for my convection oven, and Partsfe was able to ship the part in 2 days. we had and issue with one of the fuses and they replaced the part immediately. very satisfied and will use them again

I never received a confirmation of the order. I have no idea what the confirmation/order number is, I don't have any idea if it has been shipped, and I have no idea if it has even arrived yet.
Thank you for your response. I have been checking the junk email occasionally, but still have not received anything other than this review. Michael is the one that needed the part ordered, but I am the contact person and one that handled the payment. My name is Sarah if you call and need to speak with me. Michael has been out of the office all last week, but should be back tomorrow if you need to speak with him.

Ordered overnight and never received
The website said there was one available. I ordered it on I believe late Thursday, may have been friday, and paid for overnight shipping. Then received an email monday that the item was out of stock. It asked me if I still wanted it. I replied and still have not heard back.
I could have ordered the item somewhere else and received it over the weekend if the website would have been inventoried properly. Also it should have taken 3 days to figure out they were out of stock to make me aware.
