Ordered 4 of the same gas valves for an…
Ordered 4 of the same gas valves for an atosa fryer. 2 for a repair and 2 as “stock” in my shop. All supposed to be “genuine” Atosa parts. 1 was and the other 3 were made who know where. Installed 2 of them and one was bad. Good thing I ordered extra. Tried to get it replaced under warranty to replenish my stock. Took 3 weeks to get a warranty claim and part. Valve 2 is installed and not working now. Only one working is the actual genuine part they sent me. Trying to return the others but they are ignoring me. Finally threatened to report them and all of the sudden have a response. Now we will see how long it takes to get my money back. BUYER BEWARE. Operator out of Illinois, registered in TX as a “foreign LLC”, based out of china, and customer service is in India. You get what you pay for….will never buy from again!!!

Terrible customer service!
The part ordered did not match the photo. The caster noted showed a brake included. I contacted customer service and it took over a week to reply. They indicated that the brake was not included and that the description indicated such which it did in very small print buried. I went back and asked if they had a caster like this with a brake system as I couldn't find one on their website and have not received a reply in over two weeks.

False information
Description said Hoshizaki was manufacturer of the pump I ordered. When I received the pump it’s a aftermarket pump that I could have ordered much cheaper elsewhere IF I had wanted an aftermarket pump. Customer was in a bind so I had to install this foreign crap. I will not purchase from them again !
