No help via support.
No help on the day.
No signage on site where to park as it seemd like many companies operating 8n the same underground car park. So not one sign with their or the client name, all you get after payment is where not to park like reserved bays.
Complete waste of time and considered a con, not interested in answering support questions cant sign in to support its a denied area.
In the end we used the hotel spaces for no fee as we showed them the fee paid to this lot and they just apologised for the trouble. Thats care for your customer not like Parkonomy just told us to contact their client.
Another driver asked us as she was getting stressed out too.
Parkonomy was a waste of time and the money.

Arrived at Manchester city centre location, struggled with the app and location services wouldn't tell me which site we were at.
Ended up mistakenly paying for parking at another site a couple of hundred yards away.
Received £60/£100 fine and appeal rejected.
Would try escalating with Popla but they sound just as unreliable.
Will have to pay and certainly won't be using one of their car parks ever again.

Parked at the Manchester Boddingtons car park, which I've used many times over the years, when card payments were allowed at the machines. It was very reliable. On the day in question, I was attending a concert at the nearby arena. I found, on arrival, that the parking had been taken over by Parkonomy. I noted the website to download the app required. I then spent time consuming 20 mins attempting to download before success. I then attempted to make payment over a further 10 minutes, with the app refusing payment on each attempt. I then gave up and moved to another car park not operated by Parkonomy. All this in the pouring rain. Shortly after, I received a fine for £100, as apparently you only have 10 mins to download the app and make payment if you leave after this, despite attempts to make payment, you will be fined. I appealed, but this was rejected due to the 32 fruitless minutes I spent desperately trying to download the app and pay. Fine is £60 if I pay sooner. In all of my years of travelling into the city, Parkonomy is the worst service I've ever used. Never Again. An absolute rip off.

Manchester, drove into the carpark went to pay had to download an app which did not work, would not accept my card detail nor the registration of my car. There was no number for customer assistance there was a number for Members (which I wasn't so it rejected my call). so we left on car park for 26 min. got a fine of £100 appealed lost the appeal reduced fine to £60 the have opted out of the ombudsman appeal system so I had nowhere else to go but to pay the damn fine.
Total scammers the company should be fined for misappropriation of funds

Duke Steet Manchester. App didn’t work, useless. Rang the help line - useless. No cash. Hit me with a £60/£100 fine. Appealed. Lost both stages. Seems I’m not the only one. I walk past the car park regularly and it’s hardly used nowadays. Complete charlatans.

This company is run by fraudsters. They take your bank details and then they take money out of your account without your consent. I am with the Nationwide and they have stopped 2 fraudulent transactions from these letches. They are now blocked. I will be reporting the matter to Trading Standards. You have been warned.

Cant give a zero star. Absolute scammers. 4 posters with so much writing everyone will get a fine as so over complicated. Used text service to pay for parking and have proof from them text back to confirm payment and today got a £100 fine! Yeah i will see you in court! Council back handers for having these rats as parking runners! AVOID at all costs. Exeter!

Got charged twice because after noticing the text & sms is auto selected. I went back a screen & to deselect before confirming my booking…
I then noticed in booking history I had been charge twice… Once with sms, text and one without…
Surly no payment should be processed before a confirmation is given ???

I parked in the Doncaster 142 at sepulchre gate west Doncaster the machine or APL wasn’t working so I rang the customer number provided they told me pay once it’s working I parked for 30mins and I paid for 2hours and 2months later I get a debt collection letter asking £160 for £0.90 missies payments how is that possible when I paid £1:80 for two hours as per convo with there customer adviser be careful as they are after our hard earned money

Awful app, I could not add my card details, apparently my phone number is already in use and I have a registered vehicle although it was my first time using parkonomy. The email helpline issued a generic response which was no help at all. Avoid if at all possible

Website is terrible to use, took us over half an hour, could not get on to register our card. Had it not been endorsed by the Travelodge (Manchester Arena) I’d have thought it was a scam! Receptionist there said they were always having problems with it but they couldn’t help us, just gave out a piece of paper with ‘instructions’ on how to use. What’s wrong with just using a pay point 😵‍💫. Oh I know, it’s so they can issue you £100 fines for not being able to use their Krypton Factor website! Parking never used to be so stressful, makes you nostalgic for an actual human taking actual cash!

Tried to pay for parking using the website and app beside the Museum of Science and industry in Manchester. Spent 15 mins doing this. No matter how much I tried the app wouldn’t allow me to make any payment. I left after 15 minutes And have parked on the street.waiting for the penalty ticket to arrive which I will strongly dispute. Dreadful app and website.

This LYING CHEATING COMPANY has given me a FINE and the REG isn't even MINE!!! And when it sent an ALERT initially I was grateful and paid as one would. On my 2nd visit to a car park I tried to pay within the time given putting in my times only to find an Alert when I tried to pay " This site is not available" Well ain't that cute Xmas eve & they're NT AVAILABLE.....Why not? Because they can SCAM more out of you if THEY'RE NOT available......So with my proof or "Alert" from 1st visit and my "not available for the 2nd when I sent the proof they ignored it......Is this the kind of scamming company Ethical companies want to deal with?

AWFUL COMPANY - Totally incompetent i paid for 12 hours parking today from 7am then i get a ticket at 920am! so only after 2 and a bit hours, do they not understand maths, i shall be billing them for my waste of time. Total joke..do not use!

Through no fault of my own I received a parking ticket due to the fact there so called app wasn't working correctly. I was unable to book a 24 hour time slot. I urge the council to get rid of these jokers!

Paid for 6 hours parking at Boddington car park Manchester and have received a parking charge !!

Paid for 1 hour parking in Paradise Street in Barrow. 2 months later I got a letter from a debt collection agency. The car park company sent 2 letters to a wrong address so I didn't know about any infringement. Turns out I had the parking ticket still but they won't accept it. Apparently its upto £200 now. Kinda hoping it go's to court.

Terrible website - tried for over an hour on the website to pay for parking in Blackpool without any success. Website kept freezing all the time - wouldn’t take my card details - after an hour of trying I gave up and ending up moving my car so I didn’t receive a parking fine. There was maybe a dozen people having the same problem and they all ended up moving there cars as none of the machines accepted any cash - terrible tbh with today’s technology !!!! Moved to a car park with the RINGGO app and within 60 seconds I was parked up and parking paid for 🤔

Paid £14 for parking in Manchester, auto phone service e was terrible, gave the reg and location. Got a text back that included the reg of the car. But didn't realise that on the follow up text they put the 4 digit location number as the reg. After appeal they made me pay £20 for their dvla costs 🤬

Used for first time today when visiting someone in HMP Manchester. Used their Boddingtons Great Ducie St park.
Booked ahead, got confirmation and reminder and also a txt and email when time was about to run out. Excellent service when using book ahead option
