Twice I have had issues with the app for parking.com not accepting my pass and had to pay a second time to get out of the garage. I sent in a support message regarding it both times and never got a response.

Waste of money. Couldn't use the parking I paid for. I booked the parking in Greek Town during "A Taste of Greek Town". The streets were blocked off so that there was no access whatsoever to the parking garage. I had to find parking elsewhere, for a lot more money.

Your purchase algorithm needs to take that kind of situation into account where the parking garage is inaccessible, for whatever reason.

Very easy access and exit and safe parking facilities. Looking forward to park on my next time visiting the area ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Price is great and location is convenient for Greektown. Website is a little difficult to navigate and slow on the iOS platform.

My QR code disappeared before I left and when I paid for a second one to get a new code it still wouldn't let me use it to open or close gates. Not worth saving $2 on the first reservation. I'll go back to using a parking reservation option that works consistently and gives me extra time.

I have been trying to contact about being charged twice and my reservation not working. No one has gotten back to me.

Safe place to park

there is something wrong with the credit card updating on your site. I put in my current CC information, and expiration date, but your site continued to use my expired card information, meaning it got rejected multiple times by my issuer—even though I had never given your company permission to store my card and did not see it listed under my account. Ultimately, I had to use my wife’s card. Honestly, I have serious reservations over card secuity based on this experience.

Then, when I went to leave the lot, I was charged an extra $10, most likely because the clock on the gate was misset, causing it to think I entered before my designated time.

Generally parking.com has better prices than other apps when I’ve checked. I use the webapp which works well. The process of getting in and out of parking lots/garages is easy and fast.

My one big complaint about Parking’s business model is the inability to extend reservations. It seems like an intentional design feature because sometimes if you call customer service they’ll tell you to book a second booking and call them when you get to the exit and they open the security arm. Other times if you call they will deny that there is any way to do so (until you talk to a supervisor and argue with them for a while). This feels like consumer fraud.

SpotHero’s automatic suggestion of how much longer you can extend your original reservation without increasing price would be an improvement. Also just having a clear policy that people know before they are trapped in the parking garage would be an improvement.

The location was nonexistent and I risked parking my car there because it said that’s where the garage was but it wasn’t

The reserving of the parking spot was easy to schedule. I haven't parked yet. Paying in advance to park was great!

Easiest and least expensive parking I have ever found in Chicago!!

This is a clean and modern garage with a great rate. However, the entry and exit scanner does not work! The scanner does not recognize the QR code from the app, which therefore requires a call for assistance and explaining that you’ve purchased parking on the app but you cannot exit the garage (you will get a message saying the code is invalid or you are asked to pay the drive up rate). It is incredibly frustrating and adds at least 3-4 minutes time to your exit. PLEASE fix this! If it can’t be fixed, inform phone attendants of the issue so they know you are not lying or incompetent.

The parking app has many glitches and often does not work, creating stress when trying to access or leave the parking lot. In addition the attendants are rude and yell at customers instead of allowing them to resolve the issue. With the app there should be more ease and less worry about people scamming the parking lot, they should be able to track and attendants should just quickly let guests leave the lot once it scans your phone.
