Who helped overturn a incorrectly lost bet. I was actually going to close my account and complain to the gambling commission because I thought I was being screwed over but thanks to them common sense prevailed.

Do not open an account with this site,
They allowed me to open and account deposit money then blocked the account,
Will not give me my money back and will not give me an answer why or when Il get the money back,
So I will get my bank to get my money back this is really shameful,
Avoid at all cost

My account has been closed soon as i withdraw my funds and now im hoping to get my account back as I’ve appealed it cause apparently my funds have been put back into my account so now I won’t receive them unless I get back into my account to withdraw again so hopefully this gets resolved so I can use my money once withdrew what I legally won

I'm now into day 6. Provided numourous forms of identification but still security are withholding my £683.
Even after writing to my local Mp plus the gambling commission and Ibas security still don't reply to emails. Sadly a former great company has turned to these underhanded tactics. I have a meeting with trading standards on Monday and this will be taken further until it's resolved. Do not deposit with these crooks as your mental health will suffer like mine has these past 5 days. You asked myself to reply 3 days ago which I did. Still no cash.

I won an 18/1 shot with a £10.00 free bet amongst some other small winners. Due to me actually winning a bet, they’ve restricted all my accounts and removed my free bets.

I had also signed up and deposited with Betano who owe me £30.00 in free bets which I won’t be receiving because, much to their disgust, I didn’t lose all my money.

No actual explanation. They’re like the kid who left early and took his ball home when you’re kids because he lost.
