The emails are way too messy and it takes time to figure out what has shipped or what will be delivered. Plus, they have all your information.

Supposedly delivered a package that never got here.Got an email saying so.This service sucks.its been ordered since June should have been here July it’s now aug.Sucks

Impossible d'avoir des infos, on nous demande un courriel pour nous donner l'acces au tracking qui n'y a pas. Et quand on veut leur ecrire, le clavardage est bloqué, et le courriel qu'on doit inscrire pour les contacter est soumis à plusieurs conditions. Comme le fait qu'on ne peut utiliser d'adresse gmail alors qu'ils nous demandent explicitement de nous connecter avec GMAIL. Bref j'en ai pas fini avec eux, mais ça a duré 5 min, c'est bye.

Same as other responders .. emails to say has arrived .. rubbish .

Scam website! Asks for your google account access… to personal emails and info. Beware!

I used parcel monitor with BohemianPlus I ordered a item a hat, and it's been over a month and no signs of the hat no signs of the refund. They said it was shipped out through this company parcel monitor and they gave me a tracking number once I entered the tracking number it navigated me toward a page where I had to sign in on my Google account, which I refused because it shouldn't have done that so this is fraudulent and Bohemian plus it's fraudulent. Also, if you can do not use these two companies, you will not be satisfied.

Accidentally used to track a DPD parcel. My own mistake. Received multiple emails with no information about my parcel in 24 hours, and suddenly 4-5 scam messages saying my DPD parcel was unable to be delivered and to click this link. At best it’s useless, at worst it sells data to scammers.

Won’t even let me log in and said my delivery was mia, incredibly unreliable and incredibly broken, first party shipping services are recommended over using this abomination and joke of a service.

Feels Like scam for data

Parcel reported as delivered ,but nothing arrived ,not happy as second time saying delivered but no parcel there ,very misleading.

There is never an update. I even downloaded the app and the last update was 3 days ago stating that my parcel information has been received. I find it hard to believe that my parcel has not moved in 3 days.

Orders cancelled strange orders inconsistent information

TERRIBLE Their driver is scared of animals so having a dog in the house behind closed doors 100ft from the drop off is so scary he refuses to deliver. forcing us to make the trip to town suffer their terrible hours to pick up products you paid to have delivered to your door AND there is zero way to contact them. to speak to anyone

This is not a legitimate website.
95% of the website consists of pop-ups and banners and the remaining 5% does not know anything about your package.

Parcel Monitor is absolutely hopeless. The wheel spins endlessly but they have no idea where my $1700 packages are. Eventually Auspost stepped in.

Parcel Monitor need to have some email support.
I checked my parcels but there was one there supposedly from Norton Ultimate Plus which Norton didn't send and I never ordered it either. Price to pay $300 and something. Obviously a scam and Parcel Monitor didn't like me reporting a scam. Well too bad I tried to message Parcel Monitor but absolutely impossible. I know what I ordered and didn't request or order Norton Ultimate Plus.

I was emailed that my package was delivered 04/13 bur it was not ....Checked several times and no package...

One of the most crap service. We have been told parcel delivered but its not we have lost our parcel but this company is so crap seems like all dumb people working there. Never explain anything
