Very disappointing as I ordered for a friend in hospital. But it took way too long to be delivered. Didn't turn up and she was discharged from hospital. Had to ask for a refund

I had a wonderful experience with pamper gifts! The process was jut so easy and the end result was absolutely beautiful, they also wrote out a hand written note for that extra personal touch, which really meant a lot as the gift box I had put together was being sent as a present. I highly recommend them!

Products included in the box were nice. The flowers could have been a bit more generous so as to get a bit more value for money.
Unfortunately it took longer to deliver than I would have liked.
