Customer experience good but less than before
This is my third order. Experience used to be better - this time there was plastic/plastic tape in the packaging, and no little gift was included. The plastic was very uncool, I specifically order from here to avoid extra plastic. I want to compost/recycle the packaging too.
Products are great (cleaning brushes, secateurs, metal dustpan) as always.
