Avoid this company at all costs - impossible to return goods.
We bought a vacuum, attracted by positive customer reviews. Following the purchase, we found the product lacked suck and left debris post use so we attempted to return our order with Ozitohome. We contacted the company in writing within 2 days of our purchase. We purchased from the UK and the website heavily suggests the company is UK based. It's become clear post mailing them that they're in fact based in China the 14 day returns policy is unachievable and they have ridiculous cancellation, return shipping and associated import / export fees that are not made clear at any point in the purchase process. Several written attempts to return the product, have only generated responses encouraging us to keep and try the product for longer . Clearly this is in violation of basic customer rights for cancellation and return. In sum customer service is appalling, obstructive and slow - but the worse issue is that the product does not have any form of suck ... suggest buy a Dyson... I am now planning to do so.

Following the purchase, and reviewing reviews more deeply seeing more and more negative comments, we purchased a different product and attempted to cancel our order with Ozitohome. We contacted the company in writing, within 90 minutes of our purchase. It took them 14 hours to reply, only to state that the product had been shipped to us and the order could not be cancelled. We purchased from the UK and the website heavily suggests the company is UK based. It's become clear that they're in fact based in China with steep cancellation, return shipping and restocking fees. This was never made clear in the purchase process. Several written attempts to cancel the product, and even obtain clarity on return policies have only generated responses encouraging us to keep and try the product. Clearly this is in violation of our rights to cancellation and return. Customer service is appalling, obstructive and slow - and that's just on the order handling side!
