Ordered over a month ago and still not received.
Emailed their customer service 3 times and no reply

Should be zero stars and I should have read the reviews first.
As with everyone else it took over a month and then you get notified that it's been delivered, but I was in all day and nobody came.
Total con, steer well clear, luckily I paid with credit card and have started the process to get my money back.

Placed an order on the 01/04/2026 and it's showing as delivered at 06:43 am on the Aldrich website and 03:35 am on the Shop App (Instabox Tracking); both incorrect as no one in the U.K delivers that early. To date I still haven't received anything. Sent multiple emails and still no response. I've had to start a charge back claim through my bank.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS. SCAM WEBSITE WHO DON'T RESPOND.

Ordered the shoes and socks - took a long time to get a response for a delivery. Then after 6 weeks, it says delivered but never received the order as we were at home that day. Sent 3 emails asking where my order is but no reply.
I will contact my bank to recover my money as I have never received it.
This has to be reported to authorities and will be grateful if someone could share how to report this company?

Wish my husband had read the reviews before placing his order! Tracked order from China for a month but no delivery made on date indicated. No replies to our many emails either. Absolutely terrible - no shoes and no refund ☹️

Terrible service never reply to your emails. Been waiting over 20 days for my parcel. Now it’s disappeared from their site. Cannot find my order.

I ordered on 16th April followed on tracking and checked progress daily. Checking at 1am on 15th May tracking said 'Delivered' 05. 30am 15th May. THEY NEVER ARRIVED! I have sent 3 emails to them and NO REPLY!

Order placed on April 10th now May 16th and not yet received they say it has been delivered 😀 I have not received it. Do not order from this company. I have sent 6 emails no reply.

Shoud'nt have any star rating.A black hole is more apprpriate.Paid upfront,ages for"delivery", no "delivery" as they indicated,no response to e-mails.DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!!

Took a long time to get near to me they said it was delivered at 10.02am but did not arrive checked all houses near by and all door bell footage there was nothing I e-mailed them 4 times no reply this Aldrich shoe place seems like it does not in existence it's a SCAM/ CON place do not use or you will lose money like i did

Total scam see other reviews, no goods although shown as delivered. Now try to get money back through credit card company

The advert for but one get one free of orthoX walking shoes is an out and out scam, do not touch with a barge pole.

Aldrichlondon is a scam site ordered some shoes 2 for one 6 weeks ago nothing arrived despite the tracking saying they are out for delivery. The tracking number is bogus as are the contact details for the company. It's a fraudulent site you will lose your money.

Ordered some trainers at the beginning of April,still not received despite being told by order tracking that they have been delivered, seems like some sort of scam ,would never use these people ever again.they haven't even answered three emails.do no trust these people.

This is a total scam. No goods received even though the tracking informed me of delivery. No replies to several e-mails that I have sent. I advise everyone to stay away from this offer as you will lose your money.Honestly one star is too many for them and they should be reported to the authorities and brought to book.

Placed an order early April and paid. Not received anything as yet, or replies to emails. Reported the site to Google and they basically told me that it was a proper advert and did not contravene their policies. I can only assume they are trying to attract Scam sites.

I think this is a bogus scam site who advertise on YouTube, Google etc and con the customers with offers which are too good to be true. It’s been nearly a month since ordering and there is no signs of them being delivered. I have sent them several emails but none have been answered. Looks like I have lost my money. Please stay away from this company. They should be reported for online fraud.
