My order never arrived I have repeatedly sent emails but never get a reply. Can't find a phone number.
Do not buy from these

This is clearly a scam company. They should be reported to authorities in the US as this is where my money was diverted to.
As with all the other reviewers, I paid for shoes, they said they were delivered....but to where? Not where they were addressed to!
I notice that whilst updates for delivery were given on different days (allegedly coming from China), the times of the posts were always at the same time. Obviously a ruse to stop too many emails to them questioning the whereabouts of the order!
My advice is to stay clear of these conmen.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering 2 pairs of orthopedic shoes in march. I have emailed them to ask when delivery is and received no reply. Yesterday they were marked as delivered but no sign of them. Looks like I have been scammed too. Will try to get a refund though payment method.

Still no delivery after 4 weeks no correspondence evan though i have messaged numerous times no tracking info.for 3 weeks. Donot order from this company. I actual.paid threw shop and have reported the issue to.them and no.rsponse from them either.

My comments are identical to a previous reviewer, except for the dates. I ordered two orthopaedic shoes on 17th April. The tracking said in transit, obviously coming from China, then dispatched and then delivered on 15th May. I also have written a number of times by email without any response. Therefore, I also pronounce this as a SCAM. And I also would prefer a lower rating option!!

If I could have given a lower rating I would have. I put my order in for 2 pairs of orthopaedic walking shoes on the 7th April 2026, and got loads of messages stating they were in transit in China, then they'd arrived in the UK. I then received a message stating they were out on delivery and then had been delivered, on 11 - May - 2026. As of today 18-May-2026, I still have not had the shoes. I've contacted the Customer Services several time without a reply. THIS IS A SCAM - I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Total scam still waiting for my shoes.

I ordered and paid for shoes which were 5 weeks in supposed transit, but never arrived at depot stated... a total scam

I sadly fell foul of the scam like all others on here. Sad that a pensioner should get what he thought was a bargsin to be a hoax.

My husband placed an order for shoes on 21 April. Received confirmation plus tracking info, which last said the shoes had arrived in the UK from China on 29 April. Tried emailing support but no reply and no delivery.

Do NOT shop with them.6 weeks after I did I am still waiting.No replies to my messages.Delivery tracker is inaccurate and now finally completely wrong.No delivery at all,tracker s as ts delivered...WRONG!
Keep away from these people!

This is a big scam paid my money for buy 1 get 1 free money was taken got a record of all the tracking information told that items were delivered at 05.57am never received anything have emailed several times no reply

Do not buy its a Scam. Ordered on 12th April 2026 and like others got tracking details. They dont answer emails. It's now 7th May.

Placed an order 29th March 2026, delivery 5-20 days no arrival of item as I logged this email. I have emailed their support team on 2 occasions and received no reply, checked the company on the government website company house and no company listed. I therefore presume that this is a scam company I cannot even find a telephone contact number. This site was on google website, so I presumed this would be a good buy. I paid £34.99 for some orthopedic walking shoes for my husband. I now think we have been conned and I wish to let everyone know not to order these shoes from this company.
No company listed on your site for Aldrich menswear London. My review is not in respect of Aldrich Recruitment. I was making buyers aware of the company named above.k
