I'm a kitchen assistant, working for Oyster house is always nice and I'm feeling amazing into the house. The staff are wonderful and always willing to help you if necessary.
The residents seem to be happy and comfortable.
The managers are all so welcome and lovle, when I did the application and interview process, everything was easy. Everyone is making me feel so welcome and I'm happy to be part of team and work for such a great company.

Working for copperfield court has been amazing. The staff are wonderful and always willing to help no matter how big or small. The residents seem so comfortable and happy. I've seen lots of other care homes in the area and can confidently say that Copperfield court is one of the best in thanet if not THE best!

Since joining Copperfield Court I feel as though I am part of a big family.
It has been great being part of the team right from the start and welcoming in our first residents.

I have been working for Oyster care homes and absolutely love the homely atmosphere and hospitality of the care and kitchen staff towards residents and visitors. The home is fantastic and the manager has an open door policy which I really appreciate. The staff work well together and I’m really enjoying working at the new Broadstairs Home-Copperfield Court.

I have worked at Copperfield court since April 2024. The atmosphere is inviting and happy for staff and residents. Everyone is treated like a member of the family, staff are supportive towards each other. I believe I have found the best place to stay working until I retire.

Working at Copperfield Court has been the most enjoyable experience. The staff are all lovely, the manager is so approachable and appreciative of her staff. The training given by our company’s trainer has been exceptional, all of us learning something new regardless of how long we’ve worked in care. Honestly a great team and would recommend this place to anyone!

As an employee of Oyster Care Homes, I can honestly say that they are a wonderful company to work for. The hard work that staff put in does not go unnoticed by the the owners and manager. I feel appreciated for the work I do and I enjoy going into work. My work/home life balance is perfect and they understand that time off is important for the staff. My manager is approachable and listens to the staff and residents.

The home itself, is beautiful and has a homely/family feel about it which makes it even more appealing to go into work.
