The residents are more likely to miss out on exercise and mental health stimulation without entertainment which is very important. Just be careful as they don't pay on time .

The interview process was positive. I then had 2 weeks training which I found so interesting and engaging. I learned so much through the training. From my very first shift I can honestly say that the General Manager Amanda has been so helpful throughout and my work life has been fantastic. The staff are amazing and we all make a great team together. The residents are happy and well cared for. So if your considering a role at Tudor House go for it. You won't be disappointed.
As a new employee to this company I have been welcomed and embraced by the company not only by management but by all staff, it's scary starting a new career/job but they have ensured everything and have been in-depth and easy to understand. The training process has been very good learning all aspects that the company and job will intake. For someone personally who has worked in restaurants for over 15 years the change of scenery has been overwhelming at times but through good management and fantastic training those worries have disappeared. I am now looking forward to the future and to further my career.
I have just started working for the company and recently joined the ponbay lodge home, so far I've had a really good experience with plenty of knowledge and learning provided to provide the upmost care, the team at ponbay is amazing, the thoughts and details that have gone into building there homes down to final touches is truly gorgeous, it really does feel luxurious! I applied for 2 jobs now I’m 63 and on both occasions they told me within 4 days that I had been unsuccessful. My wife and her friend both applied at the same time who are both 17 years younger than me … They got the job my wife started working there and quit the same day I applied again and still they said I had been unsuccessful . They are running a disgusting policy of not giving jobs to the senior people which is illegal

Have been with Oyster Care Homes Furzefield manor for a year, what an amazing company to work for and the team members i cant appreciate you enough , i have grown tremendously in my position as a care assistant through trainings and team member support . Oyster Care Homes has given me a platform and opportunity to showcase what i can do without limitation, I love working for Oyster Care Homes they value and give each and everyone attention and support.
The home is vry great full. This is one of the best care home. The resedent can enjoyed, they can engage lots activities also foods are very tasty.
Joined the company a month ago and I have to say I've never been welcomed with friendly faces like I did here. The home is beautiful and elegant. Managers have been amazing and kept me upto date whilst I was joining them. Training has been in depth and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

During my time at Potter house, I had the privilege of working in a truly outstanding environment dedicated to the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of its residents. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a warm and professional team who were passionate about providing the highest standard of care.
The experience offered me valuable insight into the day-to-day operations of a care facility and the level of compassion, patience, and attention to detail required in such a setting.
The team always treated individuals with respect and kindness, creating a homely atmosphere that fostered trust and positivity.
This experience has deepened my admiration for the care profession and strengthened my desire to pursue a career in healthcare or social work. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to learn from such an inspiring team, and I would highly recommend Potter house to anyone considering a similar placement.

Starting my new role as Deputy Manager at Potter House Care Home has been an incredibly positive experience right from the start of the interview process all the way through to the induction process. It has been nothing short of thorough, covering every essential aspect of the role, policies, procedures, and the ethos that makes Potter House and oyster care homes such a caring and resident-focused environment.
