To provided excellent customer service! My package wasn’t delivered due to the gate lock code, and I wrote an email and I got a response almost right away. I got the package in the mail a few days later and I was very happy! Thank you for being responsive and quick! I haven’t tried the product yet, but can’t wait to use it!

The products I have purchased have been well worth the investment. I’ve bought multiples now and it’s a staple in my routine. Highly recommend

This company is wonderful!

I have used a few of their different products and thoroughly enjoyed them to the point of buying a Ritual Reset bundle.
When I received the bundle, unfortunately it was severely damaged from shipping (which had not occurred before in previous purchasing), likely due to transportation issues. However, when I reached out regarding my concerns, I received a very sweet and prompt response that a new bundle would be sent out as a replacement! I’m looking forward to use the products (as well as my boyfriend is too) and really appreciate how kind and easy the crew is to work with. Thank you!!

The OYO hair removal cream has quite literally changed my life - it's the only product I will use on my bikini line now and is a staple in my weekly routine - I'll never go back to using anything else. So glad I found this company!

I actually love their bye bye bush product!!! I would recommend getting the exfoliating glove as well. Love this esp for my wedding week at the beach!!!

This product is an absolute game changer! I've always suffered from irritation from shaving & waxing, tried loads of different 'solutions' and nothing worked. Until now! I've used 'bye bye bush' a few times now and still amazed that I haven't experiences any irritation AT ALL. I'm only annoyed that I didn't buy it sooner!

I use this with the ingrowns out bundle, and it really works! It definitely helps reduce the size of big ingrown hairs bumps. OYO are a brilliant company, they even sent me replacement products when I had some issues with the pump/broken containers. Super impressed!

I have suffered with the worst eczema in every single crease on my body since I was a small child. I tried and gave up on many hair removal creams and most razors because even the moisture strip most companies have on the razors irritate my skin and cause flare ups that last for months and it’s really sore. I have the same reactions to most waxes, and epilators are just too painful. I also have PCOS so my little whiskers are a bugger to have to keep on top of by pulling one by one.
I’ve used this twice now and I’ve had no reactions and in just a month I have regained a sense of confidence I’ve not had since my teens.

I have used OYO for just over a year now & thankfully my friends and family have gifted me enough to get to this point!! I have HS and not having to worry about my sensitive skin has been so helpful this summer with confidence!! A little pricy but I would highly recommend!!

Scars Be Gone is utterly amazing!

I had a massive scratch right across my chest - from my collarbone to my nipple - from my husband's kitten; despite my best care during it's healing it scarred and made me feel *very* self-conscious especially as I can't stand wearing higher-cut tops.

After using using Scars Be Gone a few times a week for about twelve months, even I've got to look twice now to remind myself where I need to put it to make the last little bit disappear!

I’m not sure why they’ve decided the smell of Aloe Vera is horrible enough to try and mask up - but they’ve replaced it with a farmyard/manure type smell. My bottles are now slightly older so thankfully it smells more like an egg mayo sandwich now. And I’m not talking about the smell of the hair removal itself - this is just opening the bottle!

Had an issue with my package and reached out to customer service and got immediate help and replacement.

Great products that really work

Very thoughtfully created products. I love the way they feel on my skin, they definitely are created with sensitive skin in mind. The whole process of ordering their products is very easy and I haven't had any problems. I'd really recommend their kit, it has everything you need to start your journey with Oyo.

I love it so much I have sensitive skin so it burns and turns red but when I used oyo I was totally shocked I’m so happy that a good product can finally takes off the hair without being burned and didn’t at all gave me bumps I can finally stop paying 55 every month for waxing thank God. I will be buying and restocking every two months btw thank u beautiful ladies :)

I love every single product I have tried from OYO.
The Bye Bye Bush works really well and does not burn or irritate my skin (I use this in between waxing sometimes). The No Burn Balm feels so good and helps my skin after waxing.
I use the Keep it Clean on my underarms as well.
My FAVORITE is the Final Touch oil. I use it on my legs and arms as well. I would buy a gallon of it if I could.

I am very disappointed in the product. I left the review below, gave 2 stars, and followed the instructions to confirm but it isn’t posted on their website. When you filter the only 2 star review was 3 years ago. When you see the number of 5 star reviews and I see how the products themselves were actually working I can’t help but feel like the reviews are not genuine.

The products themselves were nice - nice packaging and nice smelling, but personally did nothing for me. My issues were as bad as they were without using it, the hair removal cream, despite following instructions, removed hair but left patches so I had to shave after anyway. The hair grew back in if anything quicker than when shaving and for me the worst part is that there are so many products to use but you need to leave them on for time periods to get the benefits. I’m not a “beauty routine” kinda person and I don’t have the time for it in my busy life or working and parenting. I was extremely disappointed with spending so much money on it and definitely won’t buy any more.

I personally didn’t have a good experience which happens, I wrote a review on their website which never appeared on there? I always review, good or bad so that everyone can get a true idea of products so this is really disappointing.
