While I haven't tried it yet the review is more for their customer service team. My post office had sent my package back because they didn't recognize my maiden name. It was incredibly easy to find the customer support/info email! Within 30 minutes a service rep., Gellie, had responded back to me saying they will send it back out and asked if my name needed to be changed. My Monday had not started out fun, but Gellie had made it so easy and simple plus her email was so kind. Much better customer service experience than othe companies geared toward women I've had to work with.

The product wasn’t as I expected but the customer service team was prompt to respond and very informative. Dealing with skincare products I was nervous that in the case the product didn’t work out because of my sensitive skin it would be difficult to get a refund but the team was sincere and easily issued a refund based on my experience.

Absolutely everything I hoped it would be and more. Only note is to play around with how long you leave the cream on - everyone’s different! Otherwise, this is now the only product I ever want to use for hair removal. Hands down amazing.

OYO is great! I’ve purchased their hair removal cream multiple times & it’s the best! I don’t get ingrown hairs or red bumps anymore. I would definitely recommend this product!

New user here, and already I think these products are top notch. I have very sensitive skin and had no reaction at all to the hair removal cream (I am using the whole kit so that is also probably why). All the products feel very nice. I had an incredible experience with customer service when one of the bottles arrived a little drained through the shipping process. They immediately shipped me a replacement product and were super-nice about it. I think I will never wax again!

Oyo’s website is so simple to understand. i had to cancel an order and i found the instructions so easily online. once i emailed, Andrea was THE NICEST ever. she was able to take care of everything i needed so easily. she was sooo nice and accommodating. i’m forever trusting Oyo. not only with their customer service, but with their products too

I love the ease! I love that this comes as a whole set. This is the first time ive used something like this. And I really appreciate the different products to help make it effective and less harsh. And I love the ease of instructions that were given.

I found the company incredibly helpful and kind answering any questions and or concerns and they emailed back almost immediately. I have used a couple of the products and love the easy use of the website and the company’s care over their products and brand.

I tried Bye Bye Bush after several months of not shaving. It smells much better than competitor products, works much better (no patches left behind!), and the spatula tool helps to get all the hair off. I was worried that I had too much hair for it to work well, but it definitely proved me wrong! I plan on continuing to use Bye Bye Bush.

I had low expectations for this product. I grew up in the golden age of Nair and it never worked for me, on either my thicker coarse hair or on my finer hair.

So, I was left with traditional hair removal methods. Shaving worked fine for my legs but intimate areas consistently got razor bumps and ingrown hairs. Waxing was effective but unsanitary, leaving my legs broken out to the point of scarring and an infection.

I do pole dancing and I swim, so I really wanted a solution to clean up my intimate areas, just for my own comfort in more revealing outfits. So I ordered Oyo on a whim with very little hope that it would actually work.

I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did it work, it left my skin smooth and soft. The smell is weird but better than Nair. I experienced a tingly, buzzing sensation while the cream worked, but nothing painful. It was easily soothed once the removal process was done with just a bit of oil. The hair scraped off with the provided tool with minimal pressure applied. I expected tugging or resistance but it was painless.

I'm almost two weeks post removal now and no sign of bumps or ingrown hairs. My skin remains smooth and soft.

I highly recommend this if your skin struggles with razors and waxing like mine!

Confirmed Booking But Hotel Refused It – Very Unreliable Service

I had a very frustrating experience with OYO.

I made a hotel reservation through their platform and received a confirmation message stating that my booking was confirmed. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the reception staff informed me that they no longer work with OYO and refused to honor the reservation.

This left me without accommodation despite having a confirmed booking and travelling to the location expecting everything to be arranged.

It is extremely concerning that OYO continues to confirm bookings for hotels that apparently no longer cooperate with them. This shows a serious lack of communication and responsibility toward customers.

Being left without a place to stay after a confirmed reservation is unacceptable and very stressful for any traveler.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend using OYO.

I’ve tried waxing and shaving, but Bye Bye Bush by Oyo Skincare is by far the better solution! Waxing leaves me hurting for days — red, hot, and in pain from the slightest contact with anything. Shaving is quick, but I’m always left dealing with prickliness or ingrown hairs.

Bye Bye Bush has completely changed the game for me. It leaves my skin feeling so smooth — my underarms have never looked better, and I’ve never been more comfortable!

If you’re tired of the pain and irritation of other hair removal methods, do yourself a favor and try this. Definitely buy it

Speedy delivery, easy to use website. Products seem to do as they say, easy to use, no bad reactions from my skin, good coverage. Thought I suffered quite bad from ingrowns but using their exfoliants and oils after my first wax I haven't had a problem at all! Will continue to use and might try a few other products.

Didn’t like the product, wasn’t for me but wasn’t going to ask for a refund, each to their own. However I did want to cancel. Only way to cancel is to email which I did in December. Cut to February and they keep trying to take payment, I email them twice more to tell them to stop, today, they finally managed to take money from my account. I emailed them AGAIN. Still nothing. Business who are incapable of responding to the only means of communication they give you are shady.

Nicole was super friendly, quick and helpful in getting my order tech issue resolved. I have been using OYO for over a year now and will never use anything else to shave!

Finally!! I get the WORST irritation from shaving, constant bumps regardless of what products I use . I have never used a hair removal creme before, so nervous this would create a reaction. BUT after using for the first time, my bikini line is SO SMOOTH and vacation ready ✔️😎 highly recommend!
