Stolen Package Help
I ordered a skin set for my girlfriend and was very excited to give it to her for Xmas. Unfortunately, the package was stolen off my porch. I was lucky to purchase the package insurance and they have been incredibly helpful in getting me a new package sent out!

Excellent customer service
I love Oyo and have been using their products for a while, and their customer service is phenomenal! I had a recent order get delivered and I noticed one of the products was missing, despite the box and rest of the products being in perfect condition. I sent an email regarding the issue and Andrea got back to me immediately, and I was shipped that replacement product that day. I’m so appreciative of Oyo and their team!

Fantastic product, lived up to all the good reviews!
Recently I've really started disliking the feeling of shaving so I decided to give this a go... I've never used any hair removal creams before because I'd heard they can hurt/burn so I didn't really know what to expect. This cream is honestly amazing, it doesn't hurt or burn and it removed all hair in 10 mins. Its super easy to use - the spatula provided is perfect for easy application, removal and is easy to clean as well. I would definitely recommend this product, its smells great and leaves the skin feeling moisturised.

These products are absolutely spectacular! I was tired of painful waxing so I jumped on the bandwagon and I don’t regret it one bit! My order got lost in the mail so I reached out to customer service and they were so sweet and helpful!

Great products that work
I have bought most of the product ranges. My favourite is the “Keep it clean” “ Final touch” and “Keep it fresh.” All of them do exactly what the description says. The keep it clean makes me feel more clean and fresh. It is also moisturising . The final touch oil is great for moisturising dry skin. The keep it fresh spray bottle helps me feeling fresh. These products are great for intimate areas. I am very impressed with this company.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed, the hair removal cream didn’t work at all and just irritated my skin. I followed the instructions and didn’t receive the results.

Didn't work for me
I really wanted to love these products as much as I wanted them to work, but unfortunately they haven’t made a difference for me. I spent just under £100 and, while they smell nice and come in great packaging, they haven’t helped with ingrown hairs or improved my scars (I’ve been using them since May). With so many glowing reviews, my expectations were quite high, but I think it’s important to share that these products may not be effective for everyone.

The products are great and worth every penny! All do exactly what they say which I was skeptical of before buying. I had an issue with my order and contacted customer service and they contacted me back same day and were amazing help! Would highly recommend this company for their products and service! Holy grail find!
The results speak for themselves! After trying countless hair removal methods I never thought my bikini line would recover and I'd feel confident swimming at the beach again. That was...until I found oyo skincare's hair removal cream. So long as this product exists, I WILL be using it. Is it weird to bring hair removal cream to a favorite's party...?
