2 missed bins collections in 4 months.
Missed bin collection on the 6th of November. Took ages to get a response, eventually we weren't given any reason, just told that they would be collected on the next scheduled day two weeks later. No refund was given. We let it go. Another Missed collection last Thursday the 12th of march and as of today monday the 16th we still don't have a reason why or a time and date when they will be collected. We expect that they will just tell us that they will be collected on next scheduled day again. We told them on the phone that we weren't bothered with this company any more and we were told we would have to pay a penalty of over 100e as we are breaking the contract. They dont seem to realise that actually collecting our bins is part of the contract.

Regarding your contract, we never want a customer to feel “stuck” or unheard. While our agreements do include terms around early cancellation, we also recognise that consistent service delivery is a key part of that contract. The skip was collected a day earlier…
The skip was collected a day earlier than I had booked it, after numerous calls to your office this was not resolved and I have still rubbish I need to put in the skip. Also the driver who dropped the skip was very good and placed it perfectly , however the driver that collected it damaged approx 10 kerbs in the entrance of the house which will now have to be repaired so this is very frustating as you can imagine

Highly Reccomend for Skip Hire - Offaly
Have never ordered a skip off oxigen before but they were showing to be the cheapest for my area this time around. Ordered it through their webiste and found it very easy to use. Wasn't given a time for drop off so phoned to ask and spoke with a lovely man who informed me of the time. Had ordered for it to be collected on a Wednesday but had it filled over the weekend and phoned on Monday to again speak with a lovely man who orgainsed for it to be collected as soon as possible, it was surpisingly collected later that day. Would highly reccomend using Oxigen when hiring a skip in the offaly area.

This was first time I used Oxyegen
This was first time I used Oxyegen. I will be using them again 100%. On time, friendly and helpful staff. They rang me to say when it was coming and it helps when the drivers are great drivers.
An excellent skip hire company plus, they are cheaper than all their rivals so keep this service as is please! DO NOT CHANGE!!

Skip arrived at the date and time requested, and was collected on the agreed date, I even had a phone call to confirm that the skip was ready for collection. Very eficient service. Booking via the website was also clear and accurate.

I ordered a skip to remove rubble from a job that was time sensitive. Ordered on Friday to be delivered Tuesday. Called on Tuesday at 2:30 to see where it was and was told the order didn’t go through and it would be Friday before I could get a replacement. I said don’t worry and I went to your competitor who sent one on Wednesday.
